Subway — Restaurant in British Columbia

Around 10pm aug.30 I had gotten the worst service ever, I had gone down to order 4 sandwiches for myself and my family. Anmol was so disrespectful, she had the worst attitude and at first I thought okay jut let it go it's the end of the day and she is exhausted but when she started making the sandwiches she had put as little as she could on(I worked at a different subway before so I know how much is actually supposed to be put on) and had continued to ask her to add more to every sandwich. She was annoyed I was reading the toppings I wanted one by one so she has everything I said and gave more attitude so I said it the way she wanted quicker and proceeded to put on a topping I didn't want and when I told her she said I had said I wanted it and gave more attitude when she had to take the topping off. By the end I was so done with her attitude and spoke up and asked her not to treat customers the way she was and she continued to argue that she wasn't, and then proceeded to tell my mother when I called her that she was acting the way she was because of my attitude for speaking up for myself instead of apologizing For...

I have been here many times before but I will not go back. Jan 12th I went in and while my sandwich was being made a staff member was making their own food I assume for their break. No issue there. The issue is that employee being obviously sick, sniffling and coughing all over the food and food surfaces with not covering their mouth atleast. I said something immediately and the one employee making my food said something in Punjabi to their coworker. Didn't stop the coughing with no covering of the mouth. I ended up eating my sandwich there as the employee making my sandwich was not the issue. However I could hear the sick employee coughing from the back and both of them speaking in Punjabi and laughing . I seen no attempt to sanitize any surfaces. Eat here at your own risk as it is obvious employees don't care about cleanliness or basic food...

Ordered from SkipTheDishes and first of all this place took one hour too make two simple sandwiches and then I called in to find out what happened and they basically said they were short of staff, complete bull**. And then we finally get our order and they didn’t even toast our sandwiches as they don’t even have a option to do that so we basically got cold sandwiches so I called them back and they said they couldn’t see what we wrote and I asked for a manger to call me back and she was gonna take my number and so with me being frustrated she got butt hurt and hung up the phone on me. Not recommending this place ever again, I rather just waste my time to get it myself at a DIFFERENT subway and be happy. Overall if I had an option to put 0 stars I would.
