Today I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 iced pecan crunch oat lattes. My sister and I tasted them and were grossed out by how salty it was.. we went back and asked politely for them to be remade because they were too salty to drink. We thought it was supposed to be made with non-dairy vanilla cold foam.. but there was a younger woman working that rudely interrupted saying that the drink is made with salted pecan cream cold foam. She and her coworker continued to talk amongst each other about how the drink is supposed to be made with the salted foam while we were just standing there waiting.. I wish I stood up for myself & showed that rude girl the ingredients that it says on the app which clearly don’t include any type of weird salted pecan foam. It is supposed to be non-dairy vanilla cold foam with pecan sugar topping.. so, if you’re lactose intolerant and wanting to enjoy this oat based dairy-free beverage, make sure there’s no pecan salted foam (even though the default is already made with non-dairy...

Edit: Google won't let me leave a second review to this same store based on a second visit, but luckily I can edit my first. I gave this 2 stars because I consider this starbucks pretty good overall, even though I had a bad experience that time.
Well it's 11am on a Sunday, go to starbucks and there's a sign placed across the drive through again, blocking access. They'll let me place an order through the mobile app, but I'm here in person to buy a coffee, and that is denied. Too much of our lives is lived virtually on cell phones, and I prefer to not have to buy a coffee that way too. How many people see that sign blocking the drive through and turn around and leave like I did. How many people do they make unhappy in a day, how much business (money) is lost.
I'm trying to go spend $9 on a coffee, including a tip to staff. Guess I'll just start going to tims regularly, where my coffee is half the price and the drive throughs remain open, and avoiding...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a long time and usually have no complaints. Lately, I have dealt with a employee named June working there, and I’ve got to be honest—she’s just not cutting it. Every time I order my usual (Americano with two Splenda and heavy cream), it’s either missing something or just not right. Not a tough drink, folks. On top of that, she’s kind of awkward and always seems flustered, like she doesn’t really know what she’s doing. Frankly not well-suited for this kind of customer-facing job. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but it’s gotten to the point where I dread seeing her at the register because she makes the experience uncomfortable. I'd like to see management step in...
