We were there on a Friday at dinner time. At a time like this I fully expect a wait. That wouldn't have been an issue had the wait time been clearly communicated to us. We were told the pizza would be about 30 minutes. At the 30 minute mark, if not a little longer I walked in to pick it up. The boy at the counter told me they had no record of the order, which was a problem because we had paid for it already. He looked around a bit and tracked it down. The Canadian has sauteed mushrooms on it and apparently they had to make more. Sure, no problem. It would be another 5-10 minutes. I went back out to the car and returned about 10 minutes later. This time the dining area was packed. I wasn't even acknowledged this time but I could clearly see there were no orders ready. I waited another 15 minutes or so until my husband's name was finally called out.

The pizza could have been cooked a little longer and the box could have definitely used a liner.

I'm sure in a less busy time it would have been good but it was a little lackluster Friday night.
