Really bad service!!! I'll give 0 star if I have the option.

We came around 8 PM for the BBQ buffet and we got sit down around 8:25 in the outside shed. Since we have a friend who has been here before, she filled in the order sheet very fast in first 5 mins and gave it to a waiter. Then we started waiting for another 30 mins, no food, no explanation, nothing. Around 9 pm a waitress came in and said:"just let you know, the last order should be placed before 9:30, and we won't take any order after that." We were a little annoyed, since we had no food on the table at that time after so much waiting and they started urging us. We told them about the situation and the food finally came around 9:05. Then in the rest of time, waiters and waitress kept coming in and reminding us "in all kinds of ways" that the store will be closed at 10. They even turned off the heater when the other table left. In the end, the light turned off "automatically". The whole experience was horrible, and their service people were really insaulting and annoying.

So we ordered 3 batches in total, and we wrote the portion as 4 for the first 2 batches. To make sure we don't waste food, we ordered 2 portions for the last batch. We couldn't tell the exact amount with raw meat in the plate so when they confirmed with us, we thought we could finish because it was supposed to be half amount of before. Turned out it was almost the same amount. And in the end we left a tiny plate of meat, and they charged us 5 dollars for that. We tried to explain why it happened and they became unreasonable, kept jutifing and defending themselves.

The guy even said he gave us 3 portions for the first 2 batches because he's afraid we won't be able to finish, and that's why the last batch was almost the same amount as first 2. Seriously?? Is this supposed to be your excuse? How would I suppose to know the right portion when you misleaded me from the beginning?? The waiter couldn't stop arguing with us and push us to admit it's our fault. We told him we don't care about that 5 dollars "punishment" and we just want to finish the night with the payment, he started makeing personal attacks.

It's ridiculous to ask respect when you don't respect your customers at all. Just to let everyone know, if you're expecting any good...

I used to come to this restaurant every now and again, but the quality of both food and service have deteriorated so heavily that I do not see myself ever coming back.

To start, despite the restaurant only having one table seated at our time of arrival, we waited very long to be seen by anyone as there was no staff member visible at the counter. That's because the staff member was hidden behind the counter. We walked to the counter to get their attention but were ignored after multiple Hello's.

Additionally, the water jugs provided were clearly uncleaned for a long time as there were stains that accumulated around the spout.

The staff member present was also fully inattentive during service. We understand that we are expected to be left alone for most of our meal as each table has a bell should we require assistance. That said, we were repeatedly ignored despite pressing the bell to request assistance. To add to this, the customers who were dining when we arrived had left shortly after our arrival. Yet their table was left uncleaned for the duration of our meal with the remaining food burning from the residual heat of their bbq grill and the smell of stale smoke enveloped the dining room.

The quality of food also leaved much to be desired. The deboned chicken pieces were very small and were mostly batter, and the small percentage of chicken meat were very dry. I would not be surprised if these chicken pieces were fried in advance and re-fried given their dark color, dry texture, and the light acrid flavor from what I only assume is unchanged oil.

All in all, disappointing would be an understatement to describe this dining experience, and I would not recommend...

I dont even want give one star if I am able to. first of all the food was ok, was better before , the waitor was alright, the waitress was no smile no personality, walking like robot. we asked her to change the plate, she never did. by the end, the waiter entered 15%tip by himself instead of pass the mechine to me, I do not mind to still tip you 15%for your terrible service, but I would like to do my own which is supposed to. so I asked to enter by myself, he throwed the mechine on the table and gave me attitude. what you expect people to tip you more money for your attitude? then the waitress came to us started urgue with my friend , showed on their menu 15%service fee , my friend said that is not government rules, she said this is stores rule. ok, wait minute, can someone tell me is this legal in canada? force people tip them is legal also? for my understanding tip is based on the service, service better we tip more. am I wrong? also is the tip calculate before tax or after tax? what is the government rules for minimum 15%tip? are their servers pay their income tax based on minimum 15%of the sales? If so, I want to see it in writing. as a customer, we are looking for good food and good service. bad service should not get tip at all. but we still tipped them by the end.but that amount of money we spend, made me feel sick. I never want go that resturant again. and I am here to warn people becareful and double check your bill...
