This morning in drive thru i tried to order in French(with my limited French skill ). Because the person on the phone taking order does not understand English. I dont have a problem to repeat my order several times but when he does not understand he literally yells. happened to me multiple time with him in last 1 months, even when i reminded for missing items in the order he yells. So today i lost my patience and asked for the other lady who i know was working and bilingual . I rolled up to the window and asked to speak to other lady to complete my order. and the answer i got for this gentleman was - this is Quebec if you can not speak in French go away. WOW!! The gentleman claims to be the supervisor of this location. But i am surprised didn't he get the minimum training for customer service from tim horton or its not provided anymore ? I dont mind improving my french skill but common this in new all time low . Go away if I can not speak french.
and by the way I have been coming to location for last 5 years as its next to my house. I go to the drive thru 5 time a week exactly at 9:30 AM order the same thing everyday. most employees here knows me at the location and even know my order as well . Starting today going to MacDonald. At least they not picking up random guy from street without any manner or customer...
Read moreVery slow service and unfriendly stuff don't take their job seriously instead of serving clients they yell make noises and joke around in the back.. here's a good example I ordered a salade once and they gave me back a sandwich with a salade dressing when I opened up my bag and saw what was inside I went back to return it and the woman at the cash who surved me tried to convince me that that's what I had ordered loll and just to top it off today early in the morning I went to go inside and sit just for 20mins.. I didn't purchase anything to be honest since I work legit next door the manager comes to my table not even a hello nothing just looks at my shake that I made from home and asks is that from here I say no he starts telling me that I can't be here to sit and only to use the wifi "which I wasn't " because clients need space to sit .. I looked around there was hardly nobody in here I told him that I worked next door and that all of my clients from my salon buy their coffees there and so do I during the day I buy around 4coffees a DAY can u imagine 4 coffees a day each week a whole year ?? I give just about enough money to have the right as every other client...
Read moreIt is very difficult to share feeback these days without being a Ken or Karen so i will stick to what occured. I came to your Tim's Sunday afternoon to prepay 100 timbits for our student's field trip. I was told that was not possible and there would be no problem Monday morning.. Well the female employees from the kitchen this morning seemed very irritated that once i ordered these 100 timbits that they were asked to cover the front cash while these were being boxed to not hold everyone else in line. Also the brown haired female employee who i presumed to be the manager (because she refused my request to change a trio coffee to a apple juice.. I try not to give 10 year old kid cofee) was also throwing (throwing is a big word) but she most definitely did not simply put down my wrap it kinda slid on your kitchen transfer counter. Monday morning is not any employee best life! Maybe not working in a customer facing industry should be questionned here! I don't expect them to kiss my butt however i would like to leave your establishment not feeling worse then when i walked in spending $30. Thank you...
