This restaurant was in my hotel. I must say I thought it would be wonderful however from the get go I was not impressed. Though the first few days the waiter in the morning was wonderful and was very accommodating by the third day the staff had changed and I got a terrible waitress. By terrible, I mean, it was 10 minutes after the restaurant was suppose to open and she was talking and laughing with the cook, (having seen me at the door), then she put her hair in a bun (behind the counter and in front of the "pass" to the kitchen, looked up and smirked at me ... (meanwhile the hotel receptionist told me she always opens late sometimes up to 15 minutes) she did not go to the door to unlock it. So I left. Later that day I talked to the manager and asked if I could get my breakfast at night because I couldn't wait for it to open in the morning. She stood beside the owner and gave an excuse why it wasn't open... I tried a few more times but every time I went in she glared at me and made me feel like I was a bother. The rest of the waitstaff was not like this, however she ruined the restaurant for me. I ordered some calamari there one night and ate in my room - it was good), I also went for breakfast a few days ago ... unfortunately I got her again and she huffed off and sent another waitress to tend to me as I was ordering off the menu (and didn't have a voucher), unfortunately I wasn't too excited about the french toast, the first time it came it wasn't fully cooked (gooey), though I had asked for it to be well cooked, the second time it was cooked but nothing special. The TEA however was excellent! Not sure the name but I loved it! It is a bring your own wine restaurant which is fine but I would have liked to just have a meal and order a glass or even have a glass after work ... not possible here. So though it may be a not bad place there are many other restaurants in the area I would try before...
Read moreWent there with some friends and family to celebrate an occasion and I have never been to a worse restaurant than this. We were obliged to take the 4 course service since we were more than a few, the choices were very limited and I noticed there were no options for vegan or vegetarian whatsoever on the main course. I don't usually ask the waiters to change my food, even if it is really bad, but the soup was something else. They must have dropped a whole basket of lemon because the half of my group couldn't bear to eat it and I had to have it changed to a soggy balsamic salad which was not by any mean good, but still edible. The antipastis were also very bad and most of the plates came back half-empty. My main course was a lasagna which seemed to have been made with the cheapest ingredients they could have found and the layer of flavorless, fatty cheese on top of it was too thick to be pierced through with my fork. When it comes down to coffee and tea, I was never offered any much like my glass of water which remained empty since the first time I drank it. The dessert was brought by one of us, but they still took the opportunity to charge it as part of the 4 course meal. In the end it costed me 60$ for a 2 course meal that left me with nausea as they don't seem to understand the importance of measuring things like garlic and the flavorless cheese had a "special taste" to it. (I tend to leave positive reviews, this was just such a...
Read moreLol. A joke for Italian food. The owners are Arab and Latino. My friend works there and it's a joke. Not one pasta is home made ( not even one) you are better off having pasta at Pizza Hut. The prices are crazy. The calamari comes in individually wrapped plastic portions.nothing at all is fresh all the sauces come in industrial size bags all the cooks do is cut the bags open and heat up the sauces. Insult to the Italian culture that they don't even make there own pasta or sauces. What a joke they are.they are a fast food pasta joint but charge u like they are gourmet. Don't be surprised if ur appetizer portions come out small that's because the staff will eat a couple of ur fries or calamari or other apps before they get to ur table. I don't want to bash them too much although I should because they are scum. Every and anything in that resto is pre packaged and reheated for Gods sake they even boil there salmon. Sad sad sad. They don't even know how to make a tiramisu its store bought. Sad sad sad. Pathetic . I hate being ripped off and everyone should know that ur not getting quality or anything that even comes close to what you are paying for. You are all welcome for this public...
