Today I decided to order for dinner, and on their website it tells the customer to download their mobile app and in return, receive a gift/promotion. Upon downloading the app, I was notified that I had a coupon for a free large cheese pizza. I went in to the store, and showed the man working there my phone with the coupon for the free large cheese pizza and redeemed the item. I payed and waited for my order (the man who took the order was kind, I'm assuming he was the owner, and I had zero issue with him and he was friendly and polite). Come time to pick up my food, I walked back in to the store and the man behind the counter handed me just the one pizza that I originally ordered. I tried to tell him that I also had a large cheese pizza that they were supposed to fulfill, and before I could even finish my sentence, I was rudely interrupted and cut off from having a chance to try and explain. He claimed that he had no idea what I was trying to say, and was BEYOND rude about the situation. He said that the owner was gone now, and wouldnt even let me get the words in to help him "understand" which I'm sure he had no actual issue figuring out what I was telling him. It wasn't worth my time or frustration dealing with this guy, and walked out without my coupon that I had redeemed. Would certainly not recommend this place to others, and I couldn't believe how rude this guy was (without any reason to have this kind of attitude to a new customer, and I was far from being unreasonable). Would give zero stars if I had the option....

Read moreNot impressed. As for the quality of their food. First time I went it was below average. 2nd time was a year later and we forgot how we felt about the place but remembered right away why we didn't like it.
Now my main problems with this location is they spam text you and ask you for a cell number even if youre in the store making an order and waiting for it. You dont need my number.
Also maybe its just me but every time ive been there and ordered food, the guy taking my order looks like he doesnt understand anything I'm saying. Or can't hear me. I feel like I'm annoying them being in there to order food.
Last time one guy working there went to give me my pizzas then yanked them out of my hand in an attempt to make a joke about the pizza not being for me and it was for my wife... The joke made no sense and I was glad the pizza didnt drop cause thats what it felt like was gonna happen until i realized he was joking and he was still holding onto the pizza.
I was also recovering from a broke wrist when this happened and the yanking of the pizza could have been much worse for my wrist than it was. It was a time when opening doors or carrying things still hurt a bit but I was well enough to do small tasks. And never did I expect someone yanking things out of my hands. Innocent stupid joke, but it could have turned out much worse for me.
For all the weird vibes. Awkwardness. Not feeling welcome and the lack of good pizza. I will never be back...
