I came in lunch time and they were out of egg salad. I looked where they usually have montreal steak which is some spices on their regular beef and a whole hype about it like they discovered a new planet. Anyhow I asked one of their rude arrogant employees which you can barely understand and have to tall with your hands to communicate with them if they had more montreal steak and he said yes so I ordered a foot long. He started putting regular beef on my sandwich and I asked him again in slow mode is that montreal steak? And he replied yes once again and I questioned 'subway usually has it in a smaller container right beside the regular steak' and he replied again 'yes we put it in the big container'. I was thinking theres no way this guy is treating me like such an idiot and lying to my face over and over. He than proceeded to make their sandwich, asking if you want it toasted a dozen times from when you walk in to when they pull out the bread than when they add their protein etc he proceeded putting those 6pcs of toppings they are instructed to put on on a foot long. Anyhow 17$ later for a sandwich, cookies and a drink I went into my truck and opened up my sandwich to find that it was NOT montreal steak and yes this 'new canadian' employee just laughed in my face and thought I dont have any taste buds. Yes every subway I go to I find the employees are arrogant and treat us, the white minorities like we are lower than them. Sorry Justin yes I just said that. Anyhow I returned back and as soon as he saw me he went to hide in the back and I had to deal with another 'new canadian' who is trained to repeat 'toasted' and 'sorry' and he offered to remake it and said he had some in the back which I didnt trust O I ordered tuna. Although tuna is cheaper than steak I was not offered a reimbursement of the difference since I figured it will take another 15min to explain that to them I just left. Received 3 subs with half the meat, some missing cheese and a bunch of toppings. Son asked for more meat as there was only very little meat used for a 6inch on the whole 12inch. I mean one slice on one side and a broken slice on the other, and she asked what kind of card he's using for 50% off. He explained we paid for a card $25+tax for the month on the app. And that he gets more meat at other locations. She told him to go there and started serving the next person. I went in to get a refund, tried to put the sun by the cash over the huge stack of trays and it slid on the ground. I was upset but said oops sorry the sun fell. She ignored me and finished with her customer while I waited to ask for a refund. It was rudeness and a scene from there, security was involved and she lied multiple times and angered me so much I lost it. I ended up being rude with security who didn't deserve it she infuriated me. I shouldnt have to be embarrassed asking for a refund when I didn't get what I paid for. She also told me I paid half I get half and had no shame saying it infront of security like she was just. And there's no way to get a hold of Subway to deal with it. We are done 100% never coming back. These franchise owners are out of hand. If you don't want to Honor the program then don't list yourself as a participating location. The customer shouldn't get a 6-in sub worth of toppings and meats on a full 12-in especially when they paid money...
Read moreThe worst restaurant experience ever. Placed an order online for 2 subs and one rice bowl. Got there and they had not even started. Was told there was no order from me. Argued with me till they finally found it. Then they proceeded to hand me 4 subs. Wrong order!! They finally found my order and started it. Watching them the first sub she put no cheese on. I asked her why not and she told me I didn't order cheese. I knew I had but she told me I was wrong and said she would do it anyhow. She then put the veggies on and I asked why she wasn't grilling it. She said I never ordered grilled and was very rude. I confirmed on my phone I had. She then pulled all the veggies off and grilled. Second sub forgot bacon which I only noticed when I got home. Rice bowl looked like vomit. They put the ingredients in and mixed them!!! I called them after I got home and they did nothing to rectify this problem. I then contacted corporate to complain...nothing. I messaged corporate on Facebook several times...nothing. 4 times I contacted corporate and they finally told me it's up to the owner to reply and nothing they can do. Finally after a 5th time contacting corporate and 4 months!!!...I got an email from the owner Jayshree Dave, just saying they were sorry and will speak to staff. No effort to rectify by redoing my order. No apology for ignoring all my previous messages. They obviously do not care about their customers. ...
