My husband and I went to order a chicken sandwich deal for 2 and totalled @ $16.95 with tax where we encountered a very bad service, low quality of products and health concerns. We ordered and was told that it would take 6mins which i said was ok, she rang my order @16:54 after a bit of time as the cashier was not trained on how to punch in the order to the register. We didnt get our order not till 17:08, so basically it took about 15mins instead of 6mins. The cashier was not properly wearing her **cloth mask as she kept pulling it down under her nose with her hand. Then, the other staff doing the cooking at one time went and helped the cashier with the register was wearing the same gloves after she was done helping her. Hygiene? Covid??? As we are waiting for our order another guy customer got really upset with the cashier about his french fries being cold after tasting it right away as he got his order. **He was right though because I saw the cook cooked that batch of french fries as I ordered mine so that fries was sitting in that mediocre portable heat lamp for about 15mins dried and lukewarm before he even ordered. So that customer left upset because instead of the cashier apologizing and offering maybe a fresh fries she went and denied that it was cold and acted clueless. I saw my burgers were *just almost done after patiently waiting so i went up to the counter and asked when is my burger gonna be done coz i have been waiting a while. The cashier who was helping finish the sandwiches was complaining to the other staff instead about that last upset customer with her mask under her nose. Then, she acted she couldnt hear or understand what I was saying when it was obvious that i just wanted my orders done. Instead of answering me she went and spoke in another language to her co-worker i guess bad mouthing me to her. When she came to hand my order she put it in the counter and when i asked if theres any ketchup or napkins in the bag she just pointed the condiments on the side. So i told her that she need to focus at her work to avoid complaints fr customer. Still she acted clueless no sorry or whatsover. I understand she must be upset when a customer called them out, but honestly he was right. Cold fries? Improper mask wearing? No proper handwashings? Longer unnecessary waiting? No acknowledgement of their shortcomings? Speaking on her own language while in front of another customer? And the worst part my chicken burgers were sloppily made with lettuce outside the buns and all over the wrappers, cold dry old french fries, and dry tasteless chicken popcorn! I wish the wait was at least worth it. It wasnt and the saddest part was we had encountered almost the same experience a while ago fr this place and why did I try again. I placed an order online to pick up at this store today. When I arrived, the employee at the register claimed that they did not receive any pickup order. I showed him the order in my account and asked him what I should do. He said "I don't know what you do. That's between you and the app." I asked "Well. Is there any number you could call, like a corporate number?" He said "No. You can call the customer support or whatever number." Then another employee came out from the back. He said there was a cancellation button on the orders page which if I clicked, would give me a refund. I tried but it showed a message window instead saying I needed to call the store's number and the store would give me a refund. I showed the message to the first employee and asked if this is the store's number. He said "Yes. You need to call the number". I asked him why I needed to call the number if both of us were standing right here. He said there was nothing he could do. I said the message said the store should refund me but he refused.
