Taco Bell — Restaurant in Burlington

I had a really awful experience at Taco Bell yesterday nearby noon in Burlington Mall not I wish I could give them negative stars .only was the staff rude to me as a customer, but they were also disrespectful to the Uber driver picking up the order. The employee turban guy in red T-shirt was short with me when I asked a simple question and gave me attitude acting like I was inconveniencing for him to make matters worse, lady wearing glasses was making my food while touching her nose and hair. The kitchen area seemed. Chaotic and unrecognized with food waste left out in plain sight. It’s concerning to see such poor hygiene in the place where food is being prepared on top of that when the Uber driver arrived to pick up the order. They were treated poorly too-no polite greeting and they were made to wait for longer than necessary. They both respectful towards him and making him wait without any acknowledgement an apology. It’s unbelievable how both customers and delivery drivers were treated so poorly Yesterday’s visit make me think twice to go to Taco Bell...

good thing everyone writing reviews experienced the same as me. first off FORGOT my order 3 shocking times and also wheres the team oh yeah all 5 of them are huddled up speaking to each other in another language hanging out while 1 person is working on the food.wheres the manager and wheres the proper training. i remember one day i went of course it was busy and only one person was working on the food?! and the other guy was in the back on his phone. how much is this taco bell worth because i will personally buy it and make sure you guys are doing things right and if not you can bet that you're gunna have to look somewhere else to work cuz im not dealing with lazy staff. if you want to hang out do it after work not when theres a line up of people and for gods sake work as a team. i love taco bell if you want a better place go to limeridge mall in hamilton or even on upper james in hamilton for more friendly and professional staff and they know how its done to work...

This is the worst Taco Bell/KFC I have ever been too. The employees are rude and disrespectful they don’t listen to what you actually order and just put random items on your meal when I specifically said not too. When I asked for a fries supreme without chives or tomatoes she gives me one with both, when I go and correct her the first time she gets mad and then slams it in the garbage and then makes me one with just tomatoes. Finnally I ask her to remake it 1 more time and explain that she didn’t hear me but she starts getting mad at me for “lying”and then slams it in the garbage again. At first she refused to even make my food again then Their manager just asks “why are you wasting so much food?” And the employee says it’s not her fault and it’s all mine and if she wants to know why she is wasting food talk to me then she speaks in a different language yelling.. I just wanted my food right the first time I never wanted to argue it’s food for god sakes. ...
