I’m a regular at this timmies hortons i have been for almost 2 years. It’s gone so downhill. I hope somebody important actually reads this review. The attitude from the manager and employees lately is remarkable. I was telling the manager how i didn’t like my wrap so i was going to order more… She goes, in a very sarcastic tone “well uhh if you go buy a new suit and wear the suit, then return it saying you wore it all day and didn’t like it, you wouldn’t be getting your money back” Like excuse me? I feel that was very unprofessional, never once did i ask the manager to refund me for that wrap. I spend about $800-1000 monthly at this place because i do the tim’s runs for work. Half the time, i’m waiting 10-20 minutes because they forgot about half my order and started taking new orders. They usually have half the things wrong and never anything in stock… the bakery stuff is never fresh and out of stock a lot. The other day i went in for bagels about two hours before close and they had the bagel toaster completely off so i couldn’t get bagels… are they not supposed to have bagels until close? I don’t understand this place. They also have one till closed bc it’s “broken” but it’s been like that for about 7 months… and just the attitude these employees have with their customers is outrageous. I only come to this location because it’s convenient, for all i care please knock this timmies out and put a starbucks in. Or replace the manager and employees… something needs to...
Read moreThis store is so badly managed. Franchisee obviously has little interest. It has two cash registers but one is permanently closed even when they lineups.
When I go there at normal high traffic times I around breakfast time, lunch time or evenings. They either lack menu items food is past its replacement time. For example potato wages. I have bought potato wages there and I thought I probably have to go to the dentist. They were so hard that I thought they'd break my teeth. I just went in there at 6:00 p.m. and they had no ice coffee. They said they'll take 20 minutes to make it. Why is it not already made if they have exhausted what was previously made. I appreciate they do not want to make excess food which then goes bad and has to be thrown away. But it's very frustrating as a customer to walk in there at normal times and find they don't have what's advertise on their menu board. This location needs a lot of attention to bring it up to the standard it should be. It does a disservice to the Tim Horton's brand.
In answer the questions below I have put in that I spent between $1 and $10. In fact, I spent $0 because they did not have the menu item (iced coffee)...
Read moreTim Hortons is a shadow of what it used to be. You would think the multi-billion dollar excuse for a coffee shop would be able to shell out a couple extra doses of the ol' minimum wage (cause I'm sure that's all their making) and get a few more sets of hands behind the counter. They won't though because they know we're all dumb enough to wait around for their low-quality overpriced slop. If there was another coffee chain nearby I would go there but the other choices are McDonalds (which has the exact same issues) or a coffee that will cost you six dollars.
Don't order from the self-serve kiosks. Even if it asks you if you want a combo, they are so glitchy and unresponsive it will ring through something else. After waiting nearly 15 minutes for the inexcusably short-staffed place to finally get your order together, you realize you paid 11 dollars for an absolutely tiny breakfast wrap and a cold drink. Whatever side I ordered with the combo was too difficult for their machines to compute I guess. The employee turned the order screen towards me showing no side with the order as if it was my mistake and so I just left feeling ripped off and...
