I would give this place zero stars if I could. I genuinely don’t like writing bad reviews about negative experiences but I was urged to go forward with what I wanted to say. My friend and I visited this location on the weekend. There was about eight employees working and nobody was doing anything. The only male working was just standing in the back room (by the way its pretty visible to us! and the women were standing, talking to each other not taking orders and even play wrestling each other/hugging each other. The line was long and the lady in front of me turned around to talk to me about how nobody’s doing anything. I think it was her birthday because she was trying to scan her app for a free donut, simple order she had but the employees weren’t paying attention. When it was my turn to order I explained it would be somewhat larger than what I normally got since I was grabbing stuff for other people too, and the employee rolled her eyes at me. The pickup counter is directly on the cash counter and there is no space. I would have liked a bag for the food and drinks (they could tell I had to bring this somewhere as I had my helmet on) but I could have told them that. In the food, there was remainders of lettuce I guess from the knife they used on my friends bagel and my biscuit. Nobody greeted customers or was friendly at all! It seems this place just keeps going downhill...
Read moreThis morning at approximately 5am, my husband attended this Tim Hortons to grab 2 teas on his way to work. There was an older gentleman with a European accent working. He told my husband he could not serve him until he was done making eggs yet there was no one in the drive thru and no one placing orders. My husband said he was needing to head to work in which the employee responded if he didn't want to wait then he could leave with nothing. He also refused to provide his name to my husband. I called the store this afternoon to find out the name of the employee and whomever I spoke to on the phone refused to provide me his name or the employee's name from the morning. I said you don't know your coworkers names? he said "we all work different shifts" which is unacceptable. You can easily look at staff lists. My husband then had to leave with no teas. Read moreTerrible service. Ordered a few items through drive thru. Noticed a couple minutes down the road that a breakfast bagel sandwich was missing. Contacted the store. Initially we were told that they can't help us "an employee said they put the item in the bag". Clearly they did not, this is why we called....after several minutes on hold and below satisfactory customer service. We were told if we came back, they would fulfill the missed item. When we returned to the store. There was not even a simple "sorry". Just handed the missing item begrudgingly. Now before I get a generic "this is disturbing to us, contact customer care" response that I have seen with 1 star ratings. I already did that.
