Update 10/25
I’m not sure if there is new management at this location but there is a real problem with the drive thru now and compels me to update my review. The last two times I’ve had a large order at the drive thru they have forgotten items. Very disappointing when you get home and discover items missing that you paid for. The first time it happened it was a sandwich about a week ago. I called the store to complain when i got home and the manager promised to make me a new one AND refund my money the next time I was there. Fast forward about a week, I went to the drive thru and told them what the manager told me. They did offer to make the sandwich for free but no refund. And I placed another order. When I went to the window I asked if everything was there this time. I was assured it was. Lo and behold when I got home a donut AND muffin were missing. When I called again and spoke to someone at the store she at first denied I paid for it. But when pressed, she found the order and I did indeed pay for those items. Again I was assured it would not happen again and I will get a free donut and muffin next time I go there. Not sure if i will. I’m just not sure exactly how this happens repeatedly when that their sole job at the drive thru is to hand you the items you ordered and paid for. Not sure if I ever return to this location.
This is by far the best Tim Hortons drive thru around this area of Burlington. I’ve been coming here almost exclusively now for the last several months. After being disappointed with many of the other Tim horton locations nearby.
They are extremely quick here and the service is always friendly and courteous. They also always get the order right. Though last time I thought I asked for an iced coffee and got an ice Capp. But could have been my mistake.
But generally the service here is amazing and they get the order right and efficiently. This will definitely be my new go to Tim Hortons going forward.

Read moreI think everyone across ontario can agree that Tim Hortons has greatly declined in customer service and food quality. Went through the drive thru this morning and the same scenario happens everyday. The staff are so RUDE!!!! Too busy talking to each other. I didn't grab my change fast enough and the man at the window yelled "you're change!!" and when I responded with "one second please geez" while I put my coffee down, he glared at me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They shove your food out the window and in your face that they are basically inside your vehicle. The only agenda they have is to get you through the drive thru fast. They don't care about customer service or preparing your food correctly. Its disgusting how management and owners don't seem to care either. It's the same feedback from every loyal tim hortons customer and nothing changes. I've also had the drive thru attendant not give me my change back. Excuse me! That's my hard earned money and if I want to tip you then that is my perogative. How dare you decide to keep my change without me giving it to you myself. Read moreChanging this from 5 stars to 2. I use this Tim Hortons all the time as it is just down the street from where I work. After this week I am debating switching to another location. Not sure if they have new employees or what.
Twice in one week they have had me pay for something I ordered and then turned around two seconds later to tell me the item was not available and would I like something else? The items I'm ordering do not have to be prepared, they are either on the shelf or not. This is a terrible business practice where they still want your money and then try to sell you something you don't want.
The second time they knew before I paid that the item was not available. They will also ONLY refund in cash no matter how you paid for your purchase which makes no sense since pennies are rounded only with cash transactions meaning that if you pay with debit/credit the money you get back is not accurate. While this might not matter in one or two transactions, it does if they do this multiple times a day every day with different customers.
The service changes depending on who's working the window. Some are great which is why I went here so often before... others are clearly sketchy and just...
