What started off as a normal subway experience in the end turned awful. I order an extra sub as my child wanted it for his lunch the next day. I asked if I could have the lettuce, pickles and cucumbers on the side. The employee said no only the sauce can be on the side. Fine I took two subway sauces on the side. We ate inside the restaurant once done I grab the sub and sauces and accidentally dropped the sauce containers one cracking and the other landing upside down with an open lid. I asked the employee for new sauce explaining it was an accident and she refused new sauce so I had no choice but to get a new container to put the broken one in. I again stated it was an accident and she proceeded to say she can't give new sauce because of management. Accidents happen and being customer oriented goes a long way. This is a one time visit and I will never visit this location again because of such poor service over 20 cents...

I request for refund but they told me that order is already ready so we canāt back u money, but i already start dialling to store but thay didnāt received my calls so itās their mistake not mine..
I also request to talk with manager but they told me he is not in office you can call tomorrow..
I need my refund back then i can...

They packed it up and let me folded it myself in my car. Well maybe I should work at Subway because I folded it up perfectly. No issue at all. Clearly with her s* attitude and a creepy man. Just staring over hovering. She is useless at her job . Shouldn't matter how many vegetables you put on. I am paying for the wrap. If you're that unhappy with your job, go get a new one. I definitely should have brought wrap back in and showing her how to properly do it. Terrible...
