(First and hopefully last restaurant review ever) I don’t usually complain let alone make a public post about something but this is gross and outrageous! Ordered on Skip The Dishes first thing in the morning, was new to the area so I was excited to try something different from usual, also was no room for excuses as I was suffering from a hangover and needed food first thing in the morning . Let me stress I’m not complaining about portions, although I asked for extra protein and it ended up being 85% freezer, completely terrible chicken that was no better than freezer chicken sticks with the breading pealed off, and hard, uncooked rice, completely hard pieces that you think is your teeth breaking when you bite into. The corn feels like you’re biting into a string of fabric, the beans were completely dry and close to the texture of your corn, like biting into a piece of dry fabric, but the beans were so dry it crumbles in your mouth lol ( at least 20% of them) I seen the person replying to the reviews to reach out so you guys “can make this right” but after ordering from a place right after opening and receiving which seemed to taste and for the benefit of the doubt was “fresh” that was pathetic. Crunchy rice and leather corn first thing in the morning lol. I’m not sure if this is a small restaurant but if it is I would genuinely recommend not feeding your customers less than bad quality food. Again I have never made a complaint like this before but that...

This was my third time at your restaurant and unfortunately all the three times we had been served by a very rude/arrogant server. When asked his name, he first said Tejinder and then Sunny.. God knows what's his name.
This guy has no knowledge about how to serve the customers right. Past 2 times we were served very small portions(by same guy) even when we took Mucho Burritos. I felt that it's a rip off. When we are paying the full price, portions should be served as per the description.
Third time I could not bear it and asked the server to put more scoops of everything and this made him angry. He literally denied putting more stuff and said that I am in a rush, even when there were no customers waiting (at 21:15). Even when I was complaining about the bad service that he was giving, he did not have any reaction to it and just kept standing there staring at me. When I asked to speak to a manager, he just said that we do not have a manager, and just kept standing doing nothing. I have had enough of this rude service and won't be paying another visit to your restaurant. I'd better spend my money on other mexican chains instead of Mucho Burrito.
Tip for the management: You should better train your employees how to behave with customers. They lack basics of...
Read moreThis place is a gem, food is quality, they are fast, and extremely friendly (other than one woman with glasses who is extremely hostile and angry at all times)
My one criticism: The experience of being a customer in line is extremely chaotic. Somehow it works, but good god do you have to focus intensely like you are playing a game of Bop It. They throw many people at the line who switch positions ad hoc The context of each question will change constantly, especially when you order multiple things. You can't anticipate. Its common for people to jump ahead of other people in the chaos You often have multiple questions asked to multiple people overlapping, sometimes crossing streams.
Things like asking if you want cilantro when its 10 feet out of reach and you say yes and then you both just sit there staring at each other. Then the person leaves and the next person asks about your quesadilla.
So its fine, you just be patient and let them control the flow and things always get done, but its a little stressful.
BUT - If you get have the misfortune of getting the angry one I mentioned above, combined with this chaos, its a really bad time. I try to imagine she is going through some things and not be judgmental,...
