very bad service there. Suggest prepare any frustration before you go there to order. Me and my friends heard this place and were very excited to go and try this new place. Went there and had 4 orders, after completing the order we were told my friends order (brown sugar pearls) is not available until certain time and suggested to order another one. No one told us when first the order was taken. We took a look at the menu, and found the price for the one she order is slightly higher than the ones on the menu. we asked if they can cancel the original order and re order a new one. We were told they can’t. Then they say they can give a large size. Since my friend is pregnant and she can’t take that much caffeine so again they told she can get two small size. We double checked again if they can cancel the order and re order, the answer is they can’t. So in the end my friend decided to take two small one with different flavour. Then we were told she can only get two with SAME flavour. Then we asked again if they can cancel the order, they said YES. We don’t understand why they can’t do this in the first place. We thought this is the end of the story but obviously no. When we got there, we were the second group of customer, After waiting for 25 mins, and seeing all the people after us are taking the order and leaving, we went to check if my order is ready and the answer is no. Then we wait again, the second time I went to check and saw one milk tea is ready, and the other one is not even started yet. At the same time, they have at least 3 orders behind us are there ready during this not busy hours. We ended up cancel the order after my friends one. So overall services are very bad. Never gonna go again. Don’t want give any star but google doesn’t allow so have to give 1 star for this...

Ordered peach oolong over the phone. What arrived was their version that has tons of citrus fruits and juice that completely taste nothing like peach or oolong tea. You cannot know unless you look at the picture online which makes no sense because it doesn't say orange or grapefruit on it, only by picture and unfortunately I only asked via phone. It cost at least $8 almost double price of other places and this tasted completely awful, sour and bitter of citrus fruits. Completely overpriced and no tea flavor. They need to rename their items. Not even a hint of peach flavor, just a $8-9 bad citrus sour drink. Mine was 100% sugar too. It's so horrible I cannot drink it and normally I order half sweet, only did regular because usually oolong is strong. But all I can taste is sour citrus now. I had to order another BBT from another place because this is not drink able. Waste of time and money. Very...

I got 2 drinks from here the Dahongpao brown sugar pearl and the Chrysanthemum Pu'er Cheese. I loved the first one because It had a very strong brew and it did not taste water down. The pearls were very chewy and I loved the texture and there were no issues with this drink. The chrysanthemum Pu'er is something I don't see at many shops and it is a unique blend. I enjoy. I got this drink half sweet and for some reason it lacked the same quality. It was very hard to recognize the flavors of this drink. It could be due to the cheese foam but I would have to try more drinks to give this place a better review. I liked their cheese foam but it was still missing something. Overall, I think this place is a bit underrated and I look forward to trying more drinks from here.
