Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Burnaby

Gotta say.... pretty underwhelming on several levels only getting two stars because the guy taking the order was pleasant enough. However!! Pizza was really less than average....skimpy on toppings, crust comes from their machine so bland. Toppings had very little flavour on the deluxe Pizza and there was almost no sauce or cheese!! For an order that was a large pizza and an order of wings it was almost 60 bucks!?!... the wings were soggy and just had some hot sauce splashed on them haphazardly...and the sauces they offer were cafeteria grade..... poor....AND the machine they swivel towards you has a tipping option 10- 15-20%.... for picking up my own order. There is nothing special about this pizza much less a lack of wow factor. In today's competitive market there is no excuse for this. Theres just so much better out there for less...

I ordered a pizza for pick up so u think it would have been more fresh an hot. NOPE! Was cold an always so cheap with the cheese compared to the papa johns in New west area. Even the so called chese sticks . I can't even see that their is cheese . Every time I even pay extra for cheese they never add extra cheese . I don't even have to ask the other place for extra cheese. Their pizzas are the best ever. I would rather catch a taxi to the new west location an get what I want. Never...

Nice little family run Franchise pizza restaurant. Newer and clean setup. Pizza was good and fresh , got 3 kinds of dips , love the signature garlic dip and specially the spicy version. 5 stars for meeting expectations at the price point and superb service and friendliness of the person taking the order on the phone and even friendlier and warm reception when there to pickup my pizza. For a quick generic pizza it is much better than the other franchised...
