Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Burnaby

Worse customer service experience. I got the burnt coffee and I asked employee to change the coffee. Employee does not even know how to act on the situation. She said I going to give you coffee from the same pot and it's not burnt. Then she said "what you want". Then she gave me again burnt coffee. Then I again asked to replace the coffee with some other drink. As she was keep giving coffee from the same pot. She made the "Chai Tea" from the water left in the steep tea pot. I worked in the Tim Hortons as well that's why I knew that she is doing her job not in right way. Employee did not had he name tag on. Coffee grains was still in the machine. She supposed to throw right after the coffee is...

Got our usual Timmie's coffee and tea, but thought we would get some Timbits for a treat, not until after we payed for everything we then got our bits. My wife checked them as we could here them when being dropped in the box, they were dry, very dry (hard). We asked if they were day olds' and the girl informed us that they were made fresh that morning, she definatly lied. We wanted our money back and she said she could not take them back due to Covid. We did end up getting a couple of free fitters after more calm discussion (no voices were ever raised), but that is not the point here...this place does not serve the "Timmie's" freshness !, they...

This is the little kiosk inside the 7-Eleven store & Esso Gas Station. Always have had very friendly & quick service. Not all staff of this Tim Horton's Kiosk are friendly, but there is this one E. Indian female, tall, quiet, very friendly, nice smile & quite fair in skin colour who always makes my day. She has your order ready & packaged within seconds of ordering. She will conversate, Laugh & even give her opinion when asked, where the other workers continue to talk amongst themselves while customers continue to line up waiting. With this Pandemic & Social distancing it becomes quite difficult to waite in line where more than 3 customers...
