Subway — Restaurant in Burnaby

I’m am very dissatisfied with the service we received this evening at 10:07 pm they don’t close until 10:30 the young lady working was telling us that we had to get out of the restaurant at 10:15 so she can clean and close up I’m sorry but I’ve worked for subway before and you aren’t supposed to close early because it’s “raining” and you need to clean up and go home we spent $30 on buy 2 foot longs get 1 free subway sandwhich all the veggies she had out were lettuce tomatoe cucumber spinach red onions and green pepper and then when asked is this all you have her answer was yes honestly worst sub I’ve ever recieved and crappy service too. To be told you have to leave a restaurant before closing hours and she even said because it’s raining I close early” those aren’t your hours and you have customers NEVER...

My last trip to Subway on Bainbridge was while I was still working at TST-CF Express in Burnaby. This outlet is handy on my drive home and the staff are friendly. Service here is prompt which I liked. Now I have retired from that job on 02 March 2022 after 48 years. I received a Seiko wrist watch, retirement cards with scratch tickets inside, chocolate cake and plenty of hand-shakes from my co-workers! Trucking has been my life. My job was that of a forklift operator all these years. I am now getting set to move from our rental apartment to an unknown location. Pre ordered on Uber for pick up at 9pm order was confirmed money was taken and confirmed for pick up at 9:11 at 9:11 we get an order ready pick up confirmation and We arrived at 913 to locked doors no food at all was even made and the worker claiming she never confirmed the order said she called her manager around 9 (why ) when it closes at 10pm apparently he said to clean and close but why did she call him..... showed her the order and confirmation on her end she basically said not her problem and walked away with locked doors
