Worst experience with a manager ever! Very unprofessional, rude, and condescending to his staff and us as customers.
A friend had booked a reservation of 20. A group of us arrived early and explained to the manager that we had more people then expected so our group (who was there) was going to opt to sit out on the patio that is open to public. He told us we weren’t allowed, that if we did then we would lose our reservation of 20 inside and that our whole party had to arrive. This made no sense as we arrived 45 mins prior to our reservation time. We were early and being proactive wanted to go sit out on the patio since we had 20+ more people coming.
We talked to the front attendee and he said it was fine for us to move to the patio and keep the reservation for the other group. The waitress outside also received confirmation from another in mgmt that we could sit outside. This angered the original manager and he rudely came up to us and told us we could not sit where we were. We again explained that we had too many people for the reservation so we were early and were going to just sit outside in the public seating. When we told him the waitress told us we could sit out there. He replied, “that’s not true.” We again explained yes it was. He then called out to the waitress to come over, interrupting her while she was serving a different table. He then proceeded to have her stand in front of us and asked her why she told us we could sit outside. She uncomfortably explained she had received confirmation it was okay as we were part of the large group booking inside. He then told her that was wrong and told us we couldn’t sit there. We asked if the patio was public he said yes, but the area we were in was saved for larger parties if they needed more room… (which would have meant us, but okay 🙄). We asked if we could then move to another patio section, he said ok.
We moved. After sitting there for about 10 mins he came again to say that we had to chose on behalf of the group booking where we wanted to sit. Inside or outside. We again explained we wanted our reservation for 20 inside but because we had more people then expected a group of us were opting to sit outside as we wouldn’t have enough space. The outside area would not have fit our group of 30+ and we were happy to keep a group inside and outside.
We explained this was the worse customer service we had ever experienced. He continued to say you need to make a choice. I told him I did not feel comfortable to make that decision on behalf of the person who booked the event. We were public sitting outside and the reservation time was 20 mins away and they were still coming.
He ended up moving us again, back to our first spot on the patio that he told us we couldn’t sit at. We asked him to hold the tables inside till the reservation time. He agreed.
He threatened a couple more times that he was going to give away the inside tables as they were a few minutes late to their reservation. In the end, 30+ people showed up. So indeed the outside area was needed.
Never saw manager again throughout the night. Our group had a fun night! Unfortunate customer service is not this managers forte. Perhaps it’s time for some retraining of management. 🙃 Would be embarrassed to have this manager representing...

My friend and I redeemed a 2 for 1 entree voucher from the casino and we both ordered the steak & frites, cooked medium rare. My friend received his steak medium rare, while mine arrived medium well.
I let my server know and the next thing that happened was unbelievable. The server came back with a steak cooking guide chart, my medium well steak and then proceeded to tell me that this is what I ordered and that's what I got: medium rare. It was cooked medium well and the server agreed as well. With this being the result, I then told her to have the next steak cooked 'rare'. The steak then took twice as long to come out (although being cooked shorter), and by the time my steak came out it came back the same as the first steak did: medium well.
This brand new steak was supposed to be cooked 'rare' came back medium well... again. My friend even saved a slice of his steak to show for comparison, both steaks were completely different. I then wanted to clarify with the server who's idea it was to show me a steak cooking guide picture, and she let me know that it was not her, but the chef, who wanted to show me what cooked steaks are supposed to look like. And that what I had ordered was 'medium rare'.
Very confused and frustrated I decided that I no longer wanted to eat the steak and decided to speak to management. The resolution was that our whole bill was comp'd and that she will talk to the chef who handled my steak.

Read moreOne of the worst service I experienced in a long time. To start, there were 5 of us and it took a while to get us seated. Once we were seated we were rushed to order drinks. We said we only want water to start and the waitress asked you only want water (in a shocked voice) and when we said yes on water she shortly said ok and left. All 5 of us noticed an immediate tone of annoyance.
Our water gets brought to us and right away we are rushed to order food. All of us quickly placed an order because we felt so rushed by her. There was a trivia night happening at that time but a lot of tables were empty so there was no need for such bad and rushed service.
After our food gets brought to us no cutlery or napkins were given to us. And while we tried to get the waitresses attention- noone would even look our way. So we had to get up and find forks from other tables.
Our water jug ran out pretty fast and through the whole meal it was never replaced until I finally got the waitresses attention and got them to refil it. There were also minor mistakes on the waitresses part in taking the right order because she just didn’t listen.
Overall the waitress was fake friendly, not attentive at all and extremely poor service. Ive been to way busier restaurants and waited in line for 40+ mins but once seated I received excellent service. These waitresses were standing around with each other laughing and not even looking back at us. I surely believe a lack of effort also came from the fact that we didnt order any alcohol. There was immediate annoyance when we said no alcohol to the waitress.
