I can’t believe that some people rate this buffet as good , I would have to say this is by far the worst buffet I have ever been to. Where should I start let’s start by saying we tried to make reservations for the buffet 3 days before are intended date. The only way to make a reservation is by email there is no person to speak with to confirm a reservation. We checked our email for 3 days before going and we didn’t get any kind of reply from the restaurant. So we thought we would show up on the day we had planed and see if we could get in ,and we did get a table for 4. And I would have to say the food was so unsatisfactory very low quality food. Not that many choices and the choices were very disappointing let’s start with the meats roast, ribs, chicken stew all lousy not mention tough and raw. The rest of the buffet choices were so tasteless and worthless how they call this a good buffet is such a stretch. My advice to anyone that chooses to attend this over priced ,low quantity buffet , be aware the only thing GRAND about this buffet is the over price menu. Please Don’t...

Too expensive for what it was.

Roast beef was way too bloody and raw, unappetizing how chewy it was. The only worthwhile plates were the vegetables and potatoes. The dessert section was very nice though.

Customer service was also lacking as the cashier left us standing there for 5 minutes to complain to her co-workers about her personal life and her other job is making her tired, also practically insulted one of our guests by assuming she was a senior citizen. At that point she dropped all of our change all over the place on the floor and refused to pick it up because she said she was too tired.

Many tables uncleared around us with leftover food on the dishes, since the staff were too lazy to clear them and would rather talk and gossip. This is highly unprofessional considering it was not busy at the time.

Money not well spent and would likely...

While the hostess at the podium was friendly, the buffet itself is a complete disappointment. The food was just luke warm, the selection average and the line was not kept tidy at all. I’m pretty sure some of the salads like the pasta or potatoe were out of wholesalers tubs. Same with the ravioli... probably fresh out of a cheap can. There were only 2 buss ladies who had a hard time keeping the tables clear and clean. Not their fault. Just not enough staff. No bar list on the tables, so if you wanted a glass of wine, one has to go to the podium and order there and then the hostess would then had to go to the bar upstairs to get you drink... This place is a complete mess, and not worth the money. 4 stars to the bussing ladies who were working their a** off, 3 for the hostess and 1 star for the food quality, ambiance and lack...

Surf and turf night on Friday and Saturday - for an increased price. I thought their digital wait system was pretty neat where it was easy to see where you where in line and how many groups were waiting in front of you. Overall, I thought the food was decent for a buffet. If we compare buffets to buffets and not fine dining restaurants, it will help with expectations. The selection wasn't huge but enough in my opinion. No service for drinks - there's a coke machine that supplies all the cold drinks including water. I thought the staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of people. Striploin is hit and miss depending on the slice you get. The prawns are nice and hot, good size. Soft serve ice cream is quite poor - any fast food restaurant is better.

30 dollars for surf and turf special, and all you have is shrimp and clams with beef and lamb? That's what I would have expected from a buffet at regular price, not the 50% extra special theme price. Where's the crab in your surf? Maybe not King crab, but some kind of crab at least. And you made it so that customers have to beg for shrimps from the the meat carver, and he heaps lot of shrimps onto female customers' plates, while he couldn't be bothered to give male customers half that. New experiences I guess, never thought I'd complain about servers in a buffet. And here's a photo of the parking lot as some sort of proof that I was here, and I still have the receipts, to remind me never to come here again.

We went on Saturday evening. Food was like 4 seasons, Hilton's. $20 per person. It includes, Soup Salad Shrimp, Fish nouggets, Salmon Roast beef Ham Coffee Desert Soft drinks Fruit Theirs dinner buns are best in whole universe....I ever tasted, Europe, far east... The salmon was such fresh and big, yummy. The desert bar is Soo Soo good. There is nothing you don't like.. Their Boston custard cake will make you go back..also are the non fattening white custard puffs. They showed a lot of dedication and care even in preparing their food... cholesterol wise.!! Ordinarily..one pays $50 For appetizers, main course, desert, coffee..on hi end, Seasons in QE park...or "Bridges"in Granville island. Highly recommended!!
