Villa Bistro — Restaurant in Burnaby

Villa bistro is located in the delta burnaby....its the only breakfast option within a few kms with the exception of a Starbucks kiosk in the lobby...so this review isn't as much about quality atmosphere or service...its about value for money...call me delusional if you must but $19 for a standard 2 egg breakfast with potatoes toast and a meat option seems crazy...maybe I could see it if the coffee was included....or maybe it's just because it's the...

Villa Bistro has a pleasant atmosphere and the service was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn’t live up to the setting. The avocado toast was disappointing, they used a processed-tasting paste instead of fresh avocado. The potatoes were overly greasy, and the eggs Benedict lacked flavor and balance. Overall, it’s a nice spot to sit and enjoy good service, but the food needs improvement to match...

The servers are great with kids. There is a kids menu here $10 for 5+year olds otherwise kids under five eat free. Menu is basic however the buffet here costs only a $5 more than the most expensive a la carte menu and comes with coffee and juice ($23).
