Stopped by this location during the afternoon for a sub never been to the one in Downtown Bolton and it looked cozy. I was disgusted the moment I walked in. One lightbulb had codwebs over it, the tables after someone ate were not wipped down at all. I had to call the lady over to wipe the table. The store itself looks like its infested with bugs. The staff do not take care of this place at all and you can tell. Every table was dirty. The floor was dirty, the kitchen looked very dirty. I have been in the resteraunt business and chef for a kitchen and I must say that this is not the expectation a establishment as Mr. Sub should have. I wish I had gone to Subway instead... The whole sub was a soggy squished disaster through and through. Firstly, asked for the sub to be toasted. She squished the bread together and stuck it in the toaster, but it came out cold, not even lukewarm, cold, and squished. It would have toasted better if they left the two bread halves separate like Subway does. Secondly, the bread did not taste good. Thirdly, the ranch dressing was so watered down, it made the bread all soggy. You could see it running off the bread so watery that it was clearly not real ranch. Fourthly, there were BUGS EVERYWHERE. Fruit flies crawling on the vegetables... What a disgusting sub, so...
