Nice little hole in the wall that's quickly gaining attention!!! Food is absolutely amazing and full of flavours. Really well made and even better than the version from China. Menu has options similar to alacarte where you can indicate level of heat, toppings etc, which is nice as I absolutely cannot eat spice. Simple and clear menu as well so for non-chinese reading customers, it's easy to decipher what is what. Appetizers/side dishes are really good and have a great variety as well. Recommend the squid tentacles or the chicken steak - that's all we've tried this far. Staff are super nice and friendly. Well spoken Cantonese, mandarin, and English, so no miscommunication. Team are also extremely friendly and accommodating btw!!! Overall a great experience and a high recommendation on my list.

This place used to be a great snail noodle restaurant back in July. I didn’t get a chance to leave a review then, and now it has turned into a new Chinese buffet — surprisingly at a very reasonable price. It’s $12 for a take-out box and $16 for the adult buffet. The variety of dishes is quite decent for what you pay, especially considering that a single bowl of pho elsewhere can cost about the same or more. The food tastes just like what you’d expect from a good Chinese restaurant in Calgary, and the chef keeps the trays refilled quickly. The only downside is the table arrangement — it can get a bit tight and hard to move around when the place is busy. Overall, it’s a solid 4-star spot for good value and satisfying Chinese food.

"Today, I tried the snail noodles at a restaurant, and it truly left a lasting impression. The noodles were not only perfectly chewy, but the broth was also remarkably flavorful. I must highlight their fish soup rice noodles, equally impressive. What stands out even more is their outstanding fried chicken – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with aroma. What impressed me further was the exceptional service provided by the owner. Always welcoming and evidently putting great care into running the restaurant, the owner's enthusiasm added an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall dining experience. It deepened my appreciation for this establishment."

I went a second time but was super disappointed in regards to service. I brought my mom. She got hers first which made no sense since we got the exact same dish. 20+ minutes later I still haven't gotten my order and the entire time my mom just sat there with untouched noodles waiting for mine so that we can eat together. This all happened while the lady who served us went back and forth cleaning tables, SERVING OTHER PEOPLE, never bothering to check up on us or let us know that it was going to take a while. A couple came well after us and got their food and left BEFORE my food even got to the table. They even noticed our frustration. We asked the lady what was taking so long and she said that they ran out of the noodles so they had to remake it. Unbelievable. When my food came she told us that she gave me a little bit more meat (was barely anything) to compensate. The problem was the lack of communication. If she had told us earlier about having to remake the noodles we would have completely understood. I don't want to sound like those customers who only complain and are picky about everything but I am a server myself and have a family restaurant so I know what it is like working in the food service industry. The service that day was completely unacceptable and ruined further chances of me going there again in the future. I haven't went back since. Better training for the staff/server is necessary. A shame though since the first time I went the guy (im assuming the owner) gave us good service and was friendly. Overall the food was good except the portion sizes were a bit small. We were both still...

I had tried this place once when it first opened, but after returning for another visit, I left not just disappointed, but even more disappointed than before. Honestly, with this price, quality, and service, I won’t be coming back. This time, I ordered the luosifen and I could clearly taste that both the ingredients and the broth were far from fresh. After eating, I felt unwell and had stomach pain. I’m confident that the level of spiciness wasn’t the cause, as my stomach can normally handle it. I also noticed I’m not the only one who experienced stomach issues after eating here, based on other reviews. I sincerely hope the restaurant will take food hygiene seriously for example( I saw a staff member touch their eyes, nose, and mouth, then handle food without washing their hands and improve the overall quality. )Otherwise, it will only destroy any remaining trust...
