Update Jun 2025 - now down to 1 star. I just ordered as they said I had to, asking for my whole meal together while I waited 10 mins for my burger. However, when I got to the window they offered me half my meal and the drink, a clear step backwards. Very peculiar so I went to speak to the manager. He said they thought I said I wanted half my meal up front. And the person receiving the order said it was hard to hear in the headsets. And now the direction is to specifically say that "I want my meal and drinks at the same time." I'm sure that is going to work much better. At least there was an apology. Lastly, when they finally did deliver the meal to my car the runner said "you really parked far away". My advice if you have a crappy policy, and make you customers wait for 10 mins for fast food, and make a mistake while taking their order that you shouldn't complain about where they parked in a full parking lot. After 15 years and thousands of dollars this will now be a few and far between location for my family. So sad.

Update May 2025 - downgrading from 5 to 2 stars. It's bad enough that they sell fast food that regularly takes 10+ minutes to get. Now, today I was told by their staff that I need to ask for them to get my ordered drinks at the same time as my 10 min late food (otherwise they provide it at the window). Here's my feedback if you want to keep my family's 15 years of loyalty. First, have your food ready for when someone orders it, including your Plant Based Burgers. Second, deliver their drinks with their food automatically (or you take the time to ask your customers, not expect your customers to ask you), if you are having to have your customers wait 10 mins. Your customer service person even told me she "knew" who the drink was for, and that it was for me. Well, another terrible assumption. It's for my daughter and will be cold in 10 mins if its sitting in my car.

PS Impossible Whopper's now taste better than your Plant Based Burgers and don't take 10 mins of waiting to get one.

Old review below... We live just a few blocks away and this has been our goto fast food place for years. A few hundred meals later and the food is almost always awesome. Very few ordering issues versus other fast food joints and high quality of food. And the Beyond Meat Burger is my second favorite only to Carls Jr. Beyond Burger. The salad was soooo good! Crisp lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, bacon crumbles, croutons if you want them, your choice of dressing (can't go wrong with Ranch... and they give you two). I don't remember if there was more to it but it was good and the portion was generous. For just over $10 I suppose the price has increased like everything else but it was worth it. And my brother-in-law's burger that was covered with melted cheese and mushrooms look mighty good too and got a lot of praise from him. The place was clean, the staff pleasant and it was quiet at a bit after 1pm. I recommend it!

PS: I later ordered the same salad at the Dairy Queen in the strip mall at Southland Drive and Braceside Drive, SW. It was 1/4 the size and the lettuce was cut so small it lost all its crunchy, juicy taste. No croutons were given even when requested. When I complained about the size all they did was shrug. All locations are not equal in size or...

The only thing I usually eat from here is the all Canadian breakfast since it's made with real eggs and bacon... On this particular visit I waited in line at the drive thru for an obscenely long time. When someone finally came to the window she said something about someone already having my food in the parking lot. It was difficult to understand but I definitely wasn't getting any food by sitting there talking to her so I drove around and sure enough an employee ran up to my car saying something about they thought it would have taken longer blah blah blah. Either way no big deal I had my food. When I got home though and opened it I right away noticed not one but two dark hairs (gagging as I write this) in my food.
