I ordered a large meat pizza and a gluten-free Hawaiian pizza to go. I picked it up and took it home and found out that the meat pizza was raw in the middle (my wife said rhe gluten free pizza was amazing) I called the store to let them know and they told me to cover it with tin foil and put it in the oven to cook it some more. After spending $50 for two pizzas and tipping on top of that, which I'm not too sure why I would since there's no actual service, I asked them if they could deliver me a new one because I shouldn't have to cook my own meal since that's why I ordered takeout. They said I could bring it back and get a new one but we are sitting down with the family and asked if it could be delivered and the owner(I'm assuming owner but could be wrong ) said 'well that will take me more than an hour'. He also said he cooked over 300 pizzas today and never had an issue and I said well this one is an issue and I don't know what to say about the other 300 pizzas. I then just asked for a credit for the next time so that he could avoid having to bring a new one and he said well he needed the pizza back and agreed to deliver a new one. When he arrived, he showed up with a medium pizza and not a large that I ordered, I showed him the raw pizza and he said that's just my opinion but as you can see in the picture it's actually raw. Not too sure why he would think I would lie, because all I wanted was a pizza for my family. Got in the house and the second pizza was raw in the middle again. ---See second picture. This really sucks because usually they're amazing but at this point the customer service and quality of food has deterred me from ever ordering...
Read moreI went in there and they had newspaper articles on the wall about pizza competitions and it's nothing to write home about when you walk inside but it's just a tea a tiny pizza place that does take out really so to be expected. They told me about how they had one competition and when we asked about the slices they were six bucks each and I thought that was ridiculous until I saw that one slice was half a small pizza she was going to heat it up and it wasn't stored in a carousel kind of typical window heated pizza kind of situation which I thought was strange and so I had not very high hopes for the pizza itself. I told them that I write reviews on Google and made a joke that now that I said that that they'd want to redo it and the owner said no still write the review as is and he said it was such muted confidence that I doubted it even more but... Holy tomato that was one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life. The sauces actually good because I really can't stand a lot of pizza sauces out there nothing special about them but this one is sweeter and spicier and an ingredient on its own rather than being something to put ingredients on top of. Good job you guys and I highly recommend this place I had the ham...

I used to order from these guys for decades when I lived in Calgary. The best pizza in town. I moved away from the city and just recently moved back and started ordering from them again.
Have had the best service and pizza hands down.
I ordered pizza this evening, gave my address and phone number. Was told 40-45 mins. Perfect. 1 hour went by, so I called to see what the hold up was, since this was not the norm. I was told 5 mins.
10 mins goes by, I call back to cancel the order, only to be told that it was my fault cos I gave the wrong address. 😂🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤔🤔...ummm...pardon?? Then the man continued to say that I have ordered from them 4 times and there hasn't been a problem. I said I know, sooo....what was the problem? Clearly I didn't give the wrong address, and you have my phone number. He wasn't apologetic or anything, just said he has to text his driver to cancel, and then proceeded to hang up on me.
Like... what just happened???
So sad, such a shame. I guess it's Greco's...
