This is an Vietnamese sub restaurant just off 17th Avenue right beside the gas station. There is limited seating with only two tables, but the place is set up mostly for takeout. The submarine sandwiches are value priced and very tasty. You can also get bubble tea here, and their helping of pearls is very generous. This is a must try place if you are in the neighborhood

Great tasting subs - I’m not a big fan of cilantro, so I very rarely get Vietnamese subs, but they put just enough on the sub to add flavour but not enough to overwhelm. They lightly toast the sub roll and the ingredients are fresh. It’s a great value and the service is friendly and fast!

I've gotten subs several times from this place and I am yet to be disappointed! Tucked into a corner of this strip mall and has been there for years. The subs are always so flavorful, and the meal deals with the deep fried or salad rolls with a drink is such a great value.

They actually say "the best international cuisine is most authentic and great in this part of town". This take out is one of them! Great owner operator team husband and wife! This is my little secret Banh Mi place in YYC. Been going here for years and they've been making the best assorted cuts subs. There are certainly more hyped up places, like Thi Thi downtown, but there is something so simple and special about the way this particular place makes their assorted cuts sub. Try it!...
