I wasn’t even the one ordering, but I have to write this because what I saw at Happee Peeps (Fiesta Filipino) was ridiculous. My friends ordered two buy-one-get-one meals(one costs $8.99 btw). The bill came out to $26.25, which already seemed off. But after waiting around like everyone else, they finally got their food and it was clearly missing half the order.
We all thought, “Okay, mistakes happen.” But when they went back to the truck with the receipt to get it fixed, the cashier brushed them off instantly. No checking, no apology, no attempt to correct it. Just flat-out dismissed them even though the receipt showed what they paid.
As someone standing right there, it was unbelievable. You don’t treat paying customers like that. It honestly looked like they were scamming people by overcharging and then hoping nobody would notice.
I’d never support a business that acts this shady. If you value your money and basic respect, avoid Happee Peeps.

What a complete joke. Me and my wife ordered two buy-one-get-one meals (clearly advertised at $8.99 each). Our bill? $26.25 and Fine, maybe tax or whatever. We wait, finally get our food, and guess what? They only gave us ONE buy-one-get-one order. Half the food we paid for.
We went straight back to the truck, receipt in hand, and the cashier couldn’t have cared less. She dismissed us instantly, didn’t bother to check, didn’t fix the order, didn’t apologize… nothing. Just brushed us off after blatantly overcharging and under-serving us.
This isn’t just bad service it’s also dishonest. When you take money for food you don’t serve and then refuse to make it right, that’s theft. Period.
If this is how Happee Peeps operates, ripping people off and hiding behind a food truck window, then they don’t deserve to be at events like Fiesta Filipino. Spend your money somewhere that respects their customers, because here you’re just a...
Read moreI'm always into Filipino restaurants, the food is always great, service 10 star, atmosphere is always cozy and warm. This is no different with Happee peeps! Upon arrival, I was greeted with the warmest most sincere smile from Michelle, (counter staff), who warmly welcomed me into this fine establishment. I ordered the 10 piece peeps crispy fried chicken! I'm always honest in my reviews and I can honestly say this chicken was twice as good as Jollibees! Other establishments over batter their chicken, (making it twice the size), with big pieces of skin hanging everywhere. Happee chicken was great size, tasty and not over battered. The gravy was flavorful and not overpowered with flour or extra spices. Also if you dine in, for 3$ extra, you can get all you can eat, rice, pop and gravy (with certain meals), see attached photos! The best part of Happee is the hard working Filipinos who make coming back, always a pleasure. 10 🌟 for this establishment, Michelle,...
