Terrible place - THEFT !! my Birthday gifts were stollen, my jacket and my friend's leather jacket also, my Birthday was ruined!!. The manager basically said "I'm sorry, come back I'll give you a free bottle of wine" ...here is the story: I had a birthday party on June 8th, we were 15 people. Although we've booked well in advance , more than a month before, they couldn't give us a one table , sat us in 5 separate booths. I preordered food and wine for $850 for my guests - a plater is $85, bottle of cheap wine is $50.On top of that my guests ordered more food and drinks, so our bill total was over $1,000. The food is not great, but we were having good time, until when we decided to go and I realized that my gifts were stollen, my jacket is stollen and my friend's leather jacket also, and these were expensive - over $800 ! Next to us was a group of shady looking ladies having a bachelorette party. My gifts were right there, behind my husband, not somewhere far away, but right next to these ladies... there is no security in the bar, so I spoke immediately with our server, who promised to speak to a manager. And we went home without jackets and gifts !!! with a totally ruined my BD experience!!! I waited, but no word from the manager, 3 days later I called the manager Terri Gardner, who at this point told me that she "kind-a knows of the accident" , but she didn't even check the cameras... I waited another day , so she called me back saying again "so sorry , we cant reimburse you with anything now, but come back and will give you some free wine..." What a response, what a service !?! A venue that obviously is doing well financially, she couldn't offer $200 to reimburse unhappy customer. DO YOU THINK I WILL EVER GO BACK THERE, RISKING TO GO HOME WITH NO WALLET MAYBE...

Great fun, the entertainment and dueling pianos is awesome. They are very talented. Will play almost anything and have fun doing it. Great vocals, great and talented pianists. The service was ok, the poor girl was serving our 7 top, a 20 top beside us, and the other 10 top beside them so unfortunately she was spread very thin. The food was super over priced and not very good. Sub par for sure even for it being bar food. Portions were quite small ($10 for a 'veggie plate' a friend of ours got. A whole small tomato sliced large, quarter cucumber, small amount of baby carrots and bendy celery. A meager amount for $10) I got the spinich artichoke dip and chips which were just store bough tortilla chips and a small amount of dip for $15, and tried the beef dip. The beef dip was dry, only about 4 inches long and more like a roast beef sandwich. No jus was served with it or on it. It was just gravy and a very small amount of fries. The beef was super dry and the fact that there was no jus to moisten it up, just a salty gravy did not help the situation. This was a $20 plate for a very small amount of food. Another friend got the homemade chips and honey dill dip. Dip was great, the chips were cold, like they just came outta the fridge cold. Great atmosphere, sub par food and super overpriced. Would only go there again for the entertainment. Make sure you eat...

The piano players were very talented, however the service was absolutely terrible. When we went to reserve a week or so in advance all they had to offer were bar seats. We went on a cancellation list instead, and they called a few days before saying they had something open up. However, when we got there they had us at the bar! I told the hostess the mix up and her response, no word of a lie, was "If you don't like it you can leave." After driving the hour there from outside of town, we decided to stay. The cover charge of $11 was outrageous and unexpected.

We had some sort of appetizer dip thing with stale chips, the bar service was slow and unfriendly. The piano players were great, but they were pandering very hard for tips after every song, saying that if you want a request played at all make sure you add an "incentive". By the time things got good with the piano players, people were milling around the bar and we had no view at all. We wound up leaving at 10pm, only an hour after the piano players started.

Truly disappointed. Only go to this place if you plan on getting robo-wasted enough not to care about blowing all your money on crap food, expensive drinks, pan-handling piano players and...
