Orange Julius — Restaurant in Calgary

DONT ORDER AT THE CALGARY WESTBROOK LOCATION... total ripoff!!

I ordered a hot dog with ketchup, mustard, relish and CHEESE.

There was no CHEESE on it.

When I reminded the lady behind the counter that I ordered CHEESE...

...she said... "It melted".

Wow!

I left the hot dog with her and walked away.

I have had many Orange Julius hot dogs with CHEESE... so not impressed

I won't be back.

And to add to the annoyance, I paid cash and she did not offer or give me a receipt so I could not submit the complaint on the Orange...

To cut down an overhead the owners don’t run the hotdog warmer anymore which means if you order a hotdog you get a hotdog coming out of a Tupperware container, put directly into the steamer. Please educate your staff about what products have dairy. The lady working tonight in the orange sweater, argued with me that the original Julius is dairy free. It is not at all. She was kind and did make me a sparkler when she saw she was wrong but to avoid future incidents pls...
