Didn’t get in store was closed even though the website said it was open so we went and it was closed so I called just to make sure and a lady answered the phone I asked if they were closed or open because the website said it was open the lady who answered said that they were closed so I asked said oh okay why does it say open on the website and she got very upset and asked what I wanted (btw there was music in the background and sounded pretty busy) and I said I just wanted to come in for some shisha…and she said okay and I said okay and then she asked what I wanted again…then someone came and looked at us through the door all around very weird experience it was yesterday Tuesday...

Been here a few times. Great music to be honest. Poor set up since lots of drunk teens wanna dance in the only walk way. Customer service isn't the greatest as well. You'll have to wait a decent amount of time before they check on you if you need more drinks or...

Poor customer service👎no professionalism whatsoever! waitresses dont pay attention to customers if they be needing anything else etc.. they sit & watch music videos while smoking shisha.. Just horrible! must be nice to get paid doing nothing.....
