Horrible!!!! Way to over priced for the amount of food you get. It's ok if you want to pay over $10 bucks for a kids meal. I went to this location figuring that all Fritou's would be the same but nope i was wrong! The customer service was lacking as the guy at the front counter acted like he didn't want to be bothered having to take my order. Not to mention that he cooked my food right after handling money without washing his hands. Usually there's a reason why a restaurant doesn't get much business and now i can see why whenever i drive by nobody is there... Maybe you need to take a few hints from other Fritou's as to why their franchise is excelling. If you want good portion size, customer service and quality go to the Saddletowne Fritou. If your not looking to leave the vicinity of 17th ave go to POPEYES!!!! Otherwise you'll regret your decision once you see what you get... You've been warned!!!!!
COUNTER RESPONSE!!!!!
it's funny how you say this is a fake account because you have seen no previous reviews under my account. There is such thing as signing up a new email and writing a review under it. It's also funny that your response to any negative feedback is exactly same. The problem here is you can't take any criticism. First of all you say you reviewed the camera footage to see if all employees are washing their hands and that they do??? Are you serious? So pretty much your calling everyone a liar who witnesses with their own two eyes that they don't! Whether you want to admit it or not your location clearly needs to make some changes. As for pricing your telling me that all your combos are under $10? Then you are also saying you are cheaper than Popeyes or Fritou in Saddletowne? Clearly you have never seen either of their menu's to know that they are in the same price range as your menu. The only difference is you get what you pay for with those two restaurants as with yours you get jipped. You obviously never ate at Fritou in Saddletowne because you would know there's a huge difference. Not only are the portions way bigger but their gravy is not watered down like yours. Not to mention their hot sauce is top quality compared to your cheaply mixed knock off that you call hot sauce. That's why when you go to the Fritou in Saddletowne your waiting in a long line to place your order versus coming into your restaurant and being the only person in there. Wouldn't you say that speaks for itself? As for coming in and letting the manager make things right? Sorry you'll never get my business again and i think it's pretty clear thats the norm for your...
Read moreI recently ordered at Fritou Chicken and I must say, my experience left much to be desired. Let me start by saying that the chicken burger I ordered was truly revolting. In fact, I must go as far as saying that it was the most disgusting food I have ever had the misfortune of eating.
To begin with, the burger arrived in a deplorable state. The bun was inexplicably soggy, as if it had been sitting in a pool of water for an extended period. The texture was unpleasant, and the taste was far from what I expected. The chicken patty itself was cold, stale, and seemed to lack any form of freshness. It was a sad excuse for a burger, to say the least.
Moreover, the overall presentation was lackluster. The burger appeared as if it had been hastily slapped together, with little attention paid to evenness or care. The ingredients appeared to be haphazardly placed, and the burger lacked the vibrant and appetizing colors that are usually associated with a well-crafted meal.
Additionally, the burger seemed to be excessively wet, almost as if it had been drenched in a sauce that failed to enhance its flavor. This overwhelming wetness further contributed to the overall unpleasant eating experience.
Having sampled various burgers from different establishments over the years, I genuinely cannot recall a time when I've been so disappointed. Fritou Chicken's chicken burger simply did not meet even the most basic standards of quality and taste.
In conclusion, I regretfully state that my experience dining at Fritou Chicken was nothing short of atrocious. The chicken burger, which should have been the highlight of my meal, turned out to be an abomination of flavors, textures, and presentation. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at this establishment to proceed with caution. There are far superior options available that provide delicious and satisfying meals without the disappointment that Fritou...
Read moreI ordered a fritou snack at this location that said 9.99 on the menu before tax, it said sides were Included with a drinks as well. the man upfront nodded. He had trouble entering it in, and brought up one of the cooks in the back to help him enter. I paid and waited for about 20-25 mins, and when I got my order I noticed it felt light and I looked at the menu to see that it also comes included with a drink. I asked nicely if I could get my drink and that’s when they told me that’s not what I ordered, but something else? They said I only went with a 2 piece chicken (only). Confused, I tried to ask why didn’t I get what ordered on the menu and man smiled, the cook rushed out and looked offended, saying I only ordered the 2 piece chicken only with a Stern look.
I ended paying for the drink, which was around $1.55, I gave the cook $2 coin for the drink, it took her a few seconds and I noticed she was looking to see if I noticed if she was counting correctly, she gave me 1 quarter, 2 nickels and a few penny’s? They smiled, and I didn't know how to react so I played it off and walked out with my order.
The 2 piece was very very dry and the fritou sauce tasted like soap. I threw it...
