Burger Theory — Restaurant in Calgary

Stayed at hotel and family was hungry and wanted food however we were all tired and did not want to go anywhere so we read menu and after reading description of burgers were all excited to try this place. Well my wife and I ordered BT burger I believe with bacon inside and special sauce, well we were both disappointed with the food. We opted out of a big order of fries to get Cole slaw and it came in a tiny and I mean tiny dish. 2 bites lmao, it was the best part of my meal though outside of the cut pickle. The kids ordered a burger with onion ring on it and though it looked great on their poster it definitely did not deliver. Fries were ok but some soggy, and my 3 year old who ate free ordered the pizza and we were fighting with him to eat and could not understand why he was refusing until we tasted the pizza and then we figured out why. It was gross, tasted like cardboard. Toddler ate his fries and hi free ice cream that's about it. Overall I had high Hope's and left very disappointed in results. My spouse works at this place They mistreat staff members. Lie to customers . And to save money serve customers expired juices and yogurts, the managers response was that he tried the products and they tasted fine to him wow! And my spouse was told to serve it to families with kids. Never go to this place! My wife has been hospitalized twice while working here and has only been working for four months. They expect her to serve a banquet of fifty people, a full restaurant and also clean dishes, help the chef, prep food products, stock the bar all while trying to provide an excellent service. Abysmal service!! We were a group of five adults who went here for dinner tonight. We placed our drink and food orders shortly after arriving and received everything fairly quickly. After that, no one ever approached our table again. My husband had to go and get napkins and cutlery for us. One burger was undercooked (pink). We didn't get offered any drink refills. Nothing. There was NO SERVICE!! We continued to wait and finally gave up so my husband went up to the bar to ask for our bill. We waited some more.
