Nestled in the heart of Calgary's northeast, the Tim Hortons at 2550 Country Hills Boulevard NE offers a welcoming atmosphere and a delightful array of menu options. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the friendly smiles of the staff. The interior boasts a clean and comfortable setting, perfect for both quick visits and leisurely stays. The seating area is spacious, accommodating individuals and groups alike, and the ambient lighting creates a cozy environment. During my visit, I opted for the Maple Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors that left a lasting impression. Complementing my meal was the Caramel Iced Cappuccino, a refreshing beverage that balanced sweetness with a rich coffee taste. The menu also features a variety of options, including the Habanero Chicken Wrap and the classic Turkey Bacon Club, catering to diverse palates. What truly sets this location apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff demonstrated attentiveness and professionalism, ensuring that orders were accurate and promptly prepared. Their dedication to providing a positive experience was evident in every interaction. Whether you're seeking a morning pick-me-up or a comfortable spot to unwind, this location delivers on all fronts. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone...
Read moreI wouldn't normally write a review like this, but this honestly feels unacceptable. I feel like if you are an employee in a customer service position in Canada, you should at least be able to understand English.
I went in the morning and just asked for a Medium Peppermint Tea. The girl taking my order heard me, and then asked me verbatim, "So for your breakfast bagel, would you like sausage or bacon on that?"
I honestly don't know how you hear Medium Peppermint Tea, and think I asked for a breakfast bagel. Had to repeat my order again and hope she understood me.
At this point, I'm not even blaming that person for not being able to understand English. I blame Tim Horton's corporation and this branches owner for abusing Canada's LMIA program. Allowing them to bring cheap foreign labour, which encourages wage suppression, while Canadian youth struggle to find work.
Corporations like Tim's, and our own government have sold Canadians out, in favour of an imported cheap labour underclass. Shame on Tim Hortons for allowing and encouraging this disgraceful practice. I find it hard to believe there was no one who applied to here that could actually understand English. I encourage anyone tired of seeing and experiencing this, to do your best to not support businesses that blatantly do this. Tell Tim hortons what you think with your wallet. I will be...
Read moreby far, the W O R S T Tim Horton I've been to. I live nearby and I still go to the different location just because this location is that bad.
I have a bone to pick with almost every single late night staff member. But girl in the widow was using so inappropriate language and when I asked for her name she refused to tell me, saying that I can get out, so I took her picture. But I don't understand how someone of her manner and nature still works there. Does the owner and manager not care about the image that their employee reflects?
It's not just once, not twice, not thrice but 5 times, I've had a horrible encounter with this girl. Bro, we get it, you hate your job, obviously. But at least give an ounce of respect and kindness to customers. They don’t deserve your attitude. Being from the food industry myself, I forgive a lot because I get it, working in the industry is not fun but why does this employee treat customers as if they have personally ruined her life. I'd rather not go over all my horrendous experiences with this employee but beware. If management and ownership have wllingly let this employee continue working the way she does, clearly it reflects on them.
Side-note: Why do I wait 15 minutes in the line for a half made chicken burger and...
