Canadian Pizza Unlimited — Restaurant in Calgary

I ordered one of the specialty deals 50. Dollars plus. at a time of day when restaurants are slow, usually. There was a tracking app which I used and when my order was at the done stage I get ready so I can pay tip and have the driver on their way in 2 min. Or less. So the order showed complete but I didn't have my order and its been more than an hour at this point. I call pizza place and ask why it said my order was complete when it was not? Lady said it was on its way give it 10 min. So I wait and almost 20 min later I call pizza place and cancel the order. Even if it showed up right then the food would be cold. Dont know if its the pizza place or the delivery people but it all sucked. They lost a customer and Im still hungry. PS. Wow, I used to be a regular here, not anymore. Called in a order last time and they didn't even record it. Said it was for a different location. The phone number I called was for a Lynnwood location. Didn't offer to get order ready or anything. I chose then to go somewhere else.
