The staff is nice and friendly, a little over-whelmed with the volume of customers that I will give a pass on because it's a new startup (atleast in Ogden) They did get my order wrong as the menu is a confusing mess for take out (there are single plate 2 donairs aswell as single plate donairs) ordering multiples of the menu makes it ridiculously confusing,

"I want 3, 2 donair plates and a chicken plate",

We ended up being a plate short (didn't pay for it just mis-communication due to the menu's verbiage not being consistent or clear on plates with 2 items on them vs single items with sides.)

They mixed up the sauces placed on the order ended up with Tzatziki sauce on the donairs vs donair sauce.

The value is amazing, there's alot of food there, however the poutine (the gravy specifically) had alot of sweet/sugar in the gravy. Was not what I was expecting.

As for food quality:

The donairs (aside from the wrong sauce on it) were really really good, and filling beyond belief.

The chicken wings looked amazing, but were about 'average' .. Better than pizza 73, not as good as pizza hut. But the pricing on them was decent, mildly soggy and probably wouldn't order wings again.

Deep fried pickles.. Amazing stuff. I haven't tried the pizza or subs there will keep posted. Over all good to have another place around, wish everything there wasn't so sweet however.

All things considered despite being new to the area value about a 4.5/5, and food quality 4/5. The donair meat and chicken is on point, but the sugar or sweetness in all the sauces (meat sauce is sweet as well as the gravy ruins the poutine/italian poutine) The menu being hard to speak over the phone as the terminology for single and double plates when ordering in multiples leads to confusion (which lead to them not getting the order correct) made me drop it to a 3 stars. Edit: Ate there 3 times since. I got stomach cramps and sick following two times eating the pizza there. Figured it was just bad luck /I something else. Tried again and ended up with the whole family sick. Won't eat here again. I'm not sure if something is spoiled, or bad ingredients or poor hygiene. But I won't be...

After 15 years as an ex-pat Montrealer in Alberta, I came across this restaurant a few weeks ago. I ordered an all-dressed pizza (translation for non-Montrealers - green pepper, pepperoni & mushrooms), fries and coleslaw.

The pizza was fantastic. My first time tasting something comparable to my favorite pizza joints in Montreal. The dough ball on top is a nice touch and I was delighted to see that. A little amuse-bouche as you make up your plate! They don't skimp on toppings either.

The fries are pretty good and the coleslaw, made with a vinegar dressing, not creamy style, is nice and refreshing. I understand some people aren't used to this kind of coleslaw, but it's great - try it on a hotdog! I did find maybe it needed a pinch of sugar perhaps to cut the acidity, but it was still delicious!

I received exceptional customer service on the phone from a very nice lady. I didn't catch your name, sorry, but thank you so much.

I can imagine pretty much anything you'd order from this restaurant will hit the spot. Ultimate comfort food. I hope to visit the restaurant in person soon with a few of my Montreal people in tow! Thanks again, Monza Pizza. You will have my business for...

Went here for a late take away lunch after reading the reviews. Ordered a smoked meat and pepperoni sub and it was very good. Took me 20 minutes to get it home and eat but the sandwich was still tasty. The meat was nice and moist and the vegetables were sautéed nicely. The bun suffered a little by the trip but was still good. I found the meat needed more seasoning and was better when I added salt and pepper. Sub was substantial and filling. Will eat there again.

Edit: Went here again for a sit down meal with a good friend. We both had the smoked meat sandwich, mine with a poutine. Sandwiches were piled high and the bread was nice and fresh. Only thing I would recommend is to get hot mustard on the sandwich. The poutine was ok as the gravy wasn’t hot enough to melt the cheese curds and the fries were not the double blanched/fried seen in so many places in Quebec. I will be back to try the pizza next time on the recommendation of the waitress who is...

Went with a friend for lunch. It was quiet. We tried the deep fried pickles at first. They were delicious. Not soggy with grease and had a crispy breading. They served it with a slightly spicy dip. We are a buyer with smoked meat in it. It was good but needed some sort of special sauce or something. I guess it was slightly bland. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick. Took a bit longer to get the bill. Was so full I didn’t have to eat the rest of the day. We also tried the poutine. I think it was real cheese curds. They just needed a bit of extra heat to melt a bit. They were a bit cold. Might try again but not the same meal.

Came back for my 2nd visit and it was just as good as the first time! Lady at the front of house is super friendly. Love this place! ***** Wow! Heard recommendations about this hidden gem and it did not disappoint. Price isn’t cheap but you pay what you get. Reminds me of Schwartz deli but without the flight time. The smoke meat was super tender - couldn’t stop eating it. The poutine was also very flavourful and fresh. I’ll definitely be there again.

One of the best cheese curds I’ve ever had. Their traditional poutine tastes like an authentic Montreal delicacy. We ordered their Monza pizza too. For a small size, it was loaded with toppings of chicken, shrimp, mushroom and red onions. A bit bread-y, but it fills you up fast! Lastly, their Montreal smoked meat sandwich was a delight. Packed with meat between marbled rye bread and a careful amount of mustard. Definitely a must-try restaurant.
