I asked politely to be able to listen to a certain t.v. showing the Emmys (the sound was on the Emmys when we walked in than changed to football)... the waitress said she'd ask... never got back to me. Then they changed the 2/5 tv's showing the Emmys to football. There were 2 other groups of 2 Or 3 people sitting in our area. 3 out of 5 tv's were already on football. They had a specific request to watch the Emmys and instead of leaving the two showing the Emmys they switched all the Tv's to football.

They could have left ONE tv on a wall of 3 tvs showing the Emmys and put the closed captioning on. Or even just left one tv on the Emmys on mute! Turning them ALL to football after a specific request was uncalled for in the service industry.

Integrity is following up with requests. The service i received tonight seriously lacked integrity. Even if she came back and said "sorry you were out voted" I would have been less bothered by this whole experience.

When we asked for the bills at the end of the meal she brought us our bills and a machine and left. We were in a slight hurry to leave and paying with a machine takes a couple seconds. As I said before, it wasn't hugely busy at that time, yet our server was serving other tables and leaving us waiting to wait to pay. My fiance finally keyed in his own tab amount and paid. We left the bills with the machine at the table since our waitress didn't appear to be coming back any time soon.

I really hope the service improves since we just moved to this neighborhood and we were really excited about having a neighborhood bar so close to home. The three stars are for the quality of the food and the nice establishment. Better service would...

Alex routinely ignored me when I asked for sprite water or another shot over the course of many hrs to go stand next to other people who weren’t asking for anything yet she continues on walking right past me, there were people plastered out of their mind, not making sense, yelling, she decided to tell me that’s enough shots when I’ve been sitting there quiet the whole time, was only loud a few hours before with the bills game, all around terrible service, the young waitresses will ignore you to go watch a group of people which is sad because I’ve came here before and experienced the same thing, just didn’t want to not come back over what I thought would be a 1 time thing, also order food online because I refused to spend my money on food after being ignored countless times, if you are with a group of people you’ll be able to get as drunk as you want falling over yelling screaming they won’t care, if you are chill quiet don’t bother anybody you’ll get cut off and ignored the whole time...

August 4th 2023 around 5 pm. Went for couple of drinks and played a bit of VLT. Got little lucky and cashed out $600. Went to the bar,the bartender around 30 dark hair took my ticket and talked to the server 40 -45 I could be off a bit but, the server said I have to go make a phone call private of course. The bartender said to me: if you want you can wait or come back tomorrow to get the money!!! What??? I was holding to the ticket when I realized it's not the gambling rules and it has to be paid right on spot. When I again tried to tell the bartender how it works she started accusations that I'm rude and denied what she said before. Then the server came back and both started go after me like nuts. When I said I will report you to liquor and gambling, then they finally payed the money and I left. Always enjoyed the food at Partners. But sometimes couple of spoiled nuts can ruin the whole thing for nothing. ZERO STAR FO BOTH OF THEM !!! VIDEO vever...
