I visited this location at around 2am on April 2nd. I ordered a Papa, 2 buddies, a Mozza, a fry, onion ring and a new croissant sandwich. I did not get the Mozza or the correct breakfast sandwich. I went back at 9am and spoke with a manger and showed her the receipt. I told her I was not really worried about the breakfast sandwich as I did not like the croissant and I threw it out. She agreed to give me the Mozza and also the breakfast sandwich on a regular bun. I also ordered 2 mamas, a poutine and an apple pie with no sugar which I had to wait 6 minutes for. I did not check the order when I left but the young lady confirmed the apple pie with no sugar. (My bad, I should have checked) I got home... NO breakfast sandwich, NO Apple pie. So very disappointed, had to drive a couple of kilometers each way to get to this location. We frequent here often and never usually a problem. Read moreI came to this location with my wife to order and I had a bad experience with this Caucasian lady and an Asian lady in the front. It took them quite a while to realize my wife and I were standing there because they were chit-chatting too much. We ordered two sausage and egg sandwiches, we were told it would take a few minutes, which was fine with us. However, after waiting for over 10 minutes, my wife noticed that our food had been sitting on the counter, ready, but no one had let us know. It wasn’t brought over, and we weren’t informed it was ready.
We understand that delays happen sometimes, but the lack of communication in this case was a bit frustrating. We just wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it can help improve the customer experience...
Read moreOrdered through the drive-thru and the cashier mistakenly gave my order to the car in front of me. No big deal, mistakes happen. Bud in front of me went into the building and asked for his correct order. Again, cool. He deserves what he paid for.
The cashier then proceeded to grab the returned order and offered it to me. I asked if it was the same bag of fries that had just been returned, she said no, but I was watching the exchange. I demanded a refund. The cashier apologized and stated that “they never do this.” It’s unacceptable, even pre-covid, to give out food previously handled by customers. This is a gross mishandling and misstep. Do better.
