CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice - Northmount Plaza — Restaurant in Calgary

Been here a couple times before and thought it was meh. Thought I'd try it again because they got that Brown sugar milk tea drink. It was okay but not spectacular. Also was not that impressed with the service. The cashier didnt even greet me at all so I was like hovering infront of the til because she was kept looking at her coworker or fidgeting with stuff so I wasnt sure if she was ready to take my order or was still occupied. And then she gave me a look like SHE had been waiting for me to order? And I was trying to get less ice with my drink (because I know most places let you adjust your ice and sugar level) and she said she can only for regular ice for my drink?? And of course when I get to the end of my drink, I have pearls stuck at the bottom surrounded by so much ice its hard to get because the liquid is gone since by drink was too cold for it to melt all that ice (hence why I prefer less in my drinks). But yeah at their pricepoint, there are better places to get quality bubble tea in Calgary for much cheaper.

Also, my straw had a long crack in it at the top so it made it harder to drink, and I couldnt get a new one because I had already left and driven away before I opened it. Oh and parking there is a pain because the spots in the back are always full and people are trying to "standby" in the pathways. And dont try to park at Peters because they sometimes have a security guard there inside a car watching...

After having CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in Edmonton, I was so stoked to see one finally opening in Calgary. The service here is terrible. I ordered 2 drinks and 6 people who ordered after me got their drinks before me all because a girl was too busy talking to other coworkers while making my drink. She literally held it in her hands and spoke to 3 other people as it just sat there for a good 5-8 minutes. Then it got really busy and she put my drink down and started taking orders and forgot about it completely. The guy passing out drinks asked another girl if the drink is coming up and she asked me if I just already took the drink myself as if I had the time to wait 15 minutes for a free drink. Don't think I'd like to come back anytime soon. Chatime is comparable and service has never...

Truly the best bubbletea in Calgary. The brown sugar milk tea and the bubble gaga are my favourite. You can never go wrong with the 3 guys or the classic pearl roasted milk tea. I come atleast 3 times a week and I’m never disappointed. I love how you can adjust your sugar and ice level based on your own personal preference. I’ll keep coming back here and I appreciate all the workers who are clearly always busy but still manage to be consistent and never mess up any of the orders. I think so far i’ve had about 50 bubble teas from coco since they’ve opened and I have no regrets. Only downside is that there isn’t much designated parking available considering the fact that it’s always busy, but I wouldn’t say that the company is to blame. Would...
