Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

About 4:45pm entered this location, an East Indian male greeted me right away.

Hadn’t eaten at this location prior and once inside I quickly looked at the menu-offerings specifically for pizza that were openly posted.

Inquired about pizza-crust texture, stating not wanting the cheese-stuffed crust, but preferring a crust like Pizza Hut ‘PAN’ crust-type, as an example.

He quickly and unasked, went and pulled a box (with a cooked, ready-to-go pizza inside box) from the glass door enclosed warmer and opened box showing me the pizza crust.

I said sold, asking if I could purchase ‘this one’ - yes he said, it’s a pepperoni pizza 12”

Requested a bag which he kindly provided two bags, wrapping pizza box. Overall = great service! And if in this area in a few months, around dinner time, I would consider ordering another Lil Caesars fast N affordable pizza 🍕

Admittedly it wasn’t the ‘best’ pizza I’ve eaten and it was somewhat ‘flavourless’ - but overall I had a pizza craving and was happy with this Lil Caesars location en-route after shopping, where it was great service that was fast and easy with a no-wait pizza ready to p/up for a quick dinner that really hit the spot. And the crust really was...

I’ve been going here for years. The staff always make my order fresh, even if it’s a hot n ready. Until my boyfriend purchased clearly old “hot n ready” pizzas and the store Owner (Melissa) refused to sort the ordeal out. All she did was reiterate Little Caeser policy to me over and over. I swear I was given an intro-how-to cook pizza. Clearly, her employees broke policy and she called me a liar. This was hands down the worst, honestly the most unprofessional customer service experience I have ever received. I wasn’t able to explain much before being interrupted, In the middle of talking - I was hung up on.

All I wanted was to be refunded the 2 pizzas we did not eat due to the poor quality.

I will gladly drive 20 minutes out of my way to another little Caesars location than ever come to...

Terrible Service and Poor Management !!

This Little Caesars location is a complete disappointment. The staff spend more time chatting among themselves or scrolling on their phones than actually helping customers. They also close earlier than their listed hours often refusing orders 30 minutes before closing which is completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the store is not wheelchair accessible. There’s a large step immediately after the entrance door, making it impossible for people with mobility challenges to enter without assistance. Between the poor service, unreliable hours, and lack of basic accessibility, it’s clear this place has no respect for customers. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their...
