We normally go to Richard Road location but since we were in the area decided to order on the app and pick up in Springbank. Upon arrival based on what the app said pizza is ready, we parked right in front of the store, Turned on Hazzard lights (according to their posted instruction for curbside option) and waited for our pizza. 10 mins went by no pizza. 15 mins no pizza. 20 mins then one of the staff finally noticed our blinking lights. She came out and handed us our order and said nothing at all. I told her that we've been there for 20 minutes and no reaction at all and walked away, stopped and turned after 10 steps and said sorry then walked away. I accidentally paid first with my wrong card and it declined because the card is deactivated and the cashier lady made some snarky remark like “Why did you buy it if you know your card will decline, come on” well maybe, I didn’t know I had enough money in it, and she said it loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear.
