We went with my friends on July 19 evening, we were so excited because the atmosphere and food was great! We wanted to order more after we got our food because it was that good. Our server was nowhere to be found (she was so busy with everything and she was doing her best) and we were looking around for her and decided to give like around 10 minutes before we try to call for her. After 10 minutes, our server was still very busy but at this point and one of my friend needed water to be re-filled as she was eating a spicy meal. I kindly raised my hand signaling 2 staff who were standing by the computer nearby (they were just talking to each other the whole time, i dont care if itās not their job to serve but it would be nice to acknowledge us even if they dont get us anything) but they just stared at us and continued to talk like maybe just get a table and order food too at this point theyre acting like a customer. I put my hands down but kept saying āhiā everytime I caught one of their gazes staring at us but still nothing. They kept on talking or flirting at each other. So I decided to just get up and asked one of people at the bar (after they were done making drinks) to let our server know we need a re-fill for water. It happened shortly. I was planning to take my whole family before this happened next week but the 2 staff who were just blatantly ignoring customers asking for help was not nice. Other employees were busting their butts but not them i guess. It would be nice for this 2 staff (girl and boy) to aclnowledge or let us know it was not their job. At this point, i dont know what they were supposed to be doing except flirting/talking with each other. I guess they were taking a break by the...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood was great but the experience we had with the hostess was frustrating and it affected the mood of our dining experience.. My fiance and I joined the waitlist online at 5:50pm and we decided to wait in the car, and by 6:25pm we were next in line. We then decided to go inside expecting we will wait another 5 mins for a table. While waiting we notice everyone after us on the waitlist were being sat first so then I asked the hostess if thereās a table for 2 ready (mind you that there were tables thats been open for awhile). She apologized and said they are letting the servers rest in between tables being served. That didnt make sense to me but okay sure. We then finally got sat by 6:50pm at the bar that was open the entire time we were waiting. I usually dont mind being sat at the bar at ramen places however, after a few minutes of sitting, i was a little uncomfortable as the chairs were too low for how high the bar table is. I am a short person and i saw there were two empty tables available so I then decided to ask the hostess if we can be transferred to a table and explained to her that the bar is too high for me . She said no and said that there are other people waiting for tables. You would think that after we waited for almost an hr for a table, the hostess will be okay to accommodate my request Also, typically hostess will ask customers if being sat at the bar is okay, but the hostess didnt ask us that. One of the empty table stayed empty until we were...
