Jon's Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

We stopped ordering feom here years ago and thought we wpuls give it a try again . And it was amazing pizza . BUT then the wheels fell off within three orders we order the same pies every time. Bacon and fresh tomatoes the second order we got no bacon or tomatoes on are pizza just chesse . I called them and they where happy to make a new pie and I drove down to pick it up. Last night we had a group of people over and ordered over 100$ worth of pizzas it took for ever the skip driver had to sit 30 extra mins but we got the pie and again chesse not bacon and tomato. I called right away and spoke to the girl and she said she would make a new pie and deliver it to us . A little while later I get a call from the owner telling me he checked the tapes and they never made a chesse pizza at all and they can't afford to make free pizzas for people that complain and I was basically lying about the order and wanted the chesse pizza back . I told them we ate most of it and he said that he can't make us a pizza if we ate it and I shpuld have called right away . I explained we called soon as the pizza was delivered and the girl did not ask for the pizza back or not to eat it plus I had guests over for supper we could not wait 40 more mins for pizza . He asked for pictures to prove there was not bacon ot tomatoes on the pie . I emailed him the proof and told him keep his pizza we will not be going back anymore . Terrible service. They have so much business they have forgotten how important every customer is. Placed an order for two pizzas and was told the standard 35 to 40 minutes. We live 5 minutes away so knowing they would be busy I waited 45 minutes and then drove over. Stood in line waiting for 10 minutes then gave the lady my telephone number. She went off to someone and he came out and said “oh we had a problem with your order, you can take the one and come back in 20 minutes for the other. I said no I would like them both at the same time. He said come back in 30 minutes. So I waited. 30 minutes then back in line. Stood in line for another 10 minutes and then the lady saw me and for another 5 minutes she pretended I wasn’t there. Finally after going and talking to the cook she came back and said “ you can have the one but you will have to come back in 15 minutes for the other. I said “no thankyou” and I went to the big chain and picked up 2 pizzas and was home in 20 minutes. This is the third time this has happened in the last few months. To much business, don’t need to care anymore. One day they will look around and they won’t have to much business and they will wonder what happened. My family won’t be back even though we believe in supporting...

2 is for the management side. When we got our pizza and hot wings through delivery, their machine wasn't work at the door to pay, so they left us the food and we wanted to pay but couldn't due to the machine. So we like okay we can do it over the phone in 30 mins like the manager said. We tried and it still didn't go through. We have money but their system wasn't taking our from the machine due to disconnection. From then on we were kinda bummed by the service and had to skip a movie to a show instead. It left us feeling like we didn't get a break from regular dinner made. By bf was frustrated with them. And they said we will give 50% the next time. We decided after that hassle, it wasn't worth it. Because that first order we made, they wanted it in full payment. And they continued to call us after a couple days. Like we are sorry that we couldn't lay due your guys system but we also expected either a 50% off or free, not to be rude. But this isn't our fault.
