Spring Vietnamese Cuisine — Restaurant in Calgary

We ordered 6 dishes for Mother’s Day, which we did online. Our order was to be ready at 5:45, I believe they forgot about the order because my husband had to wait 20 minutes for it. I was really looking forward to the meal, as we have had food from there before and it was always good. This time terrible! My daughter and I each had a soup with a side of satay. The broth was completely tasteless, like water. Even adding the satay and lots of salt and soya sauce, it was so tasteless we didn’t even eat it. My husband and daughter each had a vermicelli dish, also tasteless, my daughter even went to the pantry to find sauce to put on it. My grandkids shared a chicken and vegetable vermicelli dish they each had 1bite and that was it, and they love noodles, I had to make them something else to eat. Very inconsistent taste, quality and portion. I have been to this place for over 6 years and its been quite disappointing past year. Sometimes,Pho soup taste like salt water and noodles stick together like a big jumbo dough.

Service is quite unpleasant most of time and specially the owner has the worst attitude.

Take out is the worst. The online payment always has issues and I always have to check if order is corrrect. Talking over the phone is almost impossible.

It used to be my family's favorite spot for years but quite disappointing with recnt chsnges.

Horrible customer service. We were given a 15% off coupon last time only good if we pickup our order. Normally we get delivery. My wife called and mentioned the coupon and they said ok but we must pickup the food. No problem I drive to the restaurant and wait around for 20 minutes and then when paying they tell me they no longer accept coupons. I told them we called and were told they did and to bring it in.
