KFC — Restaurant in Calgary

This place has drastically gone down-hill. I have been in the community for over 10 years and this place used to be good, NOT ANYMORE! The staff are extremely rude, especially the manager; and their inability to interact with customers in a professional and respectful manner, obviously eludes them. I will NEVER be back. Not to mention, they almost killed me from undercooking the chicken (food poisoning) When I brought this to their attention..... it was like they were doing me a favour even listening to me. I even gave them a second chance, but the customer service, coupled with the disgusting food (extremely un-fresh and often undercooked) has ruined this particular KFC. This has been the case since all the renovations after a fire - So, more recently. The attitude of the staff & overall negligible service, is appalling. Too Bad,..... it used to be a good spot. My advice, avoid it like the plague. The staff is worse than the food here and the food almost killed me, that should tell you something, SO condescending &...

Slow for ordering ahead... It took another 15 minutes to get it ready even though the order was bought and paid for already. I arrived 5 mins late, making the order a full 20 minutes overdue. I thought I had ordered poutine with one of 2 of the same value combos, and just regular fries with the other. I was shocked upon arriving home to find 2 bowls of mushed potatoes (yes I spelled it correct as it was like eating baby food) with gravy and cheese curds, and one with a very small handful of dime-sized roundish deep-fried supposed to be chicken thingies and a little bit of kernelled corn. The other was just mushed potatoes, gravy, and cheese curd! Awful! And I realize everyone has their own version of poutine but I didn't ask for the baby food version! ! Even asked for them to cook the fries crispy so that it wouldn't be mushy to no avail obviously because they put mushed potatoes in it Hopefully this gets improved as it was not what I was expecting and not a very good.! meal and I'm not even that...

Me and my boyfriend are very frequent customers of this specific location, We had orders come wrong or with missing items in the past, but gave them the benefit of the doubt, and understood things happen. We placed an order today that we never received, and after calling them about it they said they’d provide a refund and we can just re-order, which we did thinking we we’re receiving money back for the first. After putting in the second order, we had a call back saying the manager had decided we are “blacklisted” for previous complaints and accused us of “scamming them” and would not be getting our money back, food order or can ever order here again. The whole time we had been on the phone we heard employees in the back yelling “they’re lying, they’ve complained before” and other accusations. Probably the worst quality and Service we’ve ever seen. Very disappointing coming from a business we have supported numerous times and not a very professional way of handling...
