Rotary Park — Attraction in Calgary

I don't like the fact that the splash pad is fenced off from the playground. Usually the parks I have been to allow easy access to all sections. And then the kids can bring water to the sand area etc. We just stayed in the water area and didn't use the playground at all. Great park for families. The splash park is surrounded by lots of grassy space to put a picnic blanket. Bathroom facilities are open during regular park hours. We always have a good time at this little splashing park, I believe it's one of the smallest around the city but it's pretty nice, there's also a playground and some walking and picnic area. It can get very hot when it's sunny, theres not too much shadow areas around the splashing area so may sure you bring some shadow with you and sunscreen wouldn't...
