This was the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. The manager was absolutely useless during the busy breakfast hours. He was more concerned with getting customers to use the self serve option and wasting so much time trying to explain the functions to the endless line up of people, then actually taking customer orders and moving the volume of people in a timely manner. Once the customer orders were placed, he would stand behind the counter and watch the other employees frantically working to fill orders, didn't even tag team with them like fill the drinks, bag the pastries, just stood there in his clean white shirt and too short red tie. My daughter and I waited 25 minutes for our 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 coffees and a pastry. Unfortunately, we had to return a second time that day as we were attending a tournament at the school across the street and this restaurant seemed the logical choice given the little time we had in between games. During this visit, while waiting another long time for our eat in food order, we witness a customer go to this same manager mention earlier and show him a human hair in his sandwich. It was kind of wrapped in the lettuce and not just placed neatly on top. Manager said "are you sure that didn't come from your head" to which the customer looked squarely at him and said "I don't think so dude, I'm bald!" . The manager then asked him to wait with the others waiting for their order and they would make another one. That customer stood there for 15 minutes waiting for his replacement sandwich and, the manager just handed it to him with no apology or conversation whatsoever. TERRIBLE SERVICE,...
Read moreI am sitting in this McDonalds with my feet stuck to the floor, when I came in the swing manager said inventory is going on and she could not serve me. Inventory will take approximately 15 min. I asked if I could wait while I charge my phone, she said I could plug my phone in the middle section. A girl came in and sat in front of me. One of the employees spoke to her then asked me to move. The table I moved to was filthy she did not attempt to clean it until I asked her to. Even then she did a very cursory job. Because the swing mgr took my order I patiently waited, when I heard nothing I went to the counter and re-ordered and wouldn't you know it no ketchup

Read moreBy far the worst location on earth. Long wait times even late at night when they have zero to very few customers. As a SkiptheDishes driver, we have to use the drivethru late at night. Tonight when I was there to pick up an order, after already waiting about 8 mins, I asked how much longer it will be....I get a rude response saying she "doesn't know, it will be done when it's done" and "I have no control over it" then asked me to move to the reserved window where I waited another 5 mins. As I was handed my order, she said "if you can't wait for orders then we ca give it to a different driver" and then quicky closed the window. Here's and idea! How about have a stronger work eithic and don't be so incompetent especially since you have ample time to start preparing the order before I even arrive there and have a better attitude. I have had terrible experiences as a customer here too. As I can see by thier other terrible reviews, I see countless others have to. If McDonald's CEO ever visted this location undercover, they would lose thier minds at how poorly run it is and how unclean the dining room/washrooms...
