Incredible hidden spot for Vietnamese sub! I highly recommend this place. I would be willing to drive across the town to eat their subs. Their assorted (cold cut) subs were delicious - packed with lots of filling, very flavourful and saucy. They also have a bbq sausage sub which is less common. It is similar to longanissa if you enjoy that. The pricing is extremely reasonable and every sub is priced at $6 including tax! The vegetable sub is priced less at $4. Very easy 5 star. I could eat this all the time!

They also sell bbq meats, fresh meat and frozen meat on the other side. There are options for takeaway rice boxes as well. The place is run by a very nice Vietnamese family and everyone was a delight to chat with. Will definitely come back and recommend this place...
