Subway — Restaurant in Calgary

I recently visited Subway and overall had a very good experience. The ingredients were fresh, and the sandwich tasted great, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The restaurant was relatively clean, although there are some areas for improvement. For example, the tables and floors could be cleaned more frequently to maintain a consistently neat environment. The restroom was in decent condition and seemed usable for everyone, which is definitely a positive compared to some other locations. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which added to the pleasant atmosphere.

The portions are excellent here! My salad actually fills to the top of the bowl here and the ingredients are fresh and tasty. The sitting area is clean and in good repair here. The staff are friendly and attentive. They will actually interact with you instead of just being order takers like in some other locations. I certainly appreciate their kindness. I met the owner here as well and he took the time to get my impressions of his store. There was plenty of free parking here too. It is easy to see from 28th street. Went there with my wife to buy two drinks after her doctors appointment and got kicked out after 15mins, we were just drinking our drinks and waiting for a ride home. apparently you're not allowed to sit in there for more then 15mins even though the place was empty and my wife just had surgery two weeks ago and isn't supposed to be walking around that much which she would have known if she didn't run off so fast to be chatty with her co-worker.

As someone who works in a kitchen I would be deeply ashamed to kick out paying customers...
