Great staff, great food, amazing experience!

The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. Super friendly too! Our server, who was also working as the bartender that afternoon, went above and beyond to give us a great experience! She makes a killer ceasar, and was open to making any cocktail she wasn't familiar with so long as we could google the recipe and she had the stuff to make them. She's fun to talk to, friendly, and gives fast, accurate service.

The chicken wings were awesome! We tried 1 dry rub flavour and 1 saucy flavour, just to compare. Both were nicely crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, plus they were decent sized wings! Their carbonara is also really good! Most places cheat and just use an alfredo sauce, add some bacon, and call it "carbonara". Nope, these guys do it right! I was very surprised!

The atmosphere was great too! Very relaxed, not super bright or loud, friendly staff and patrons, and the MUSIC! Glad there's still a place that knows 70's and 80's rock is the best! I wasn't there for a karaoke night, but I noticed they had the karaoke area separated from the bar area. I think it's a nice touch for people who would still like to go there to relax, but aren't interested in open mic. I'll definitely have to check it out!

Sunday April 27th,2025 Was my very first time visiting this establishment to play the VLTS. Was loving the vibe till my encounter with the female bartender who started to crack jokes at my age and my height after looking at my ID. She then said and I quote in a condescending tone “Awe your just a little baby aren’t you!.” “Does the little baby want a milkie to drink while you play” with a few people with her laughing at me and her jokes. I walked away played $300 on the VLTS. I understand it’s a bar but I believe all establishments should show respect to patrons regulars or new visitors. I do plan on filing a complaint with her boss as this conduct is unbecoming. I’d stay away folks. update. I spoke with a gentlemen who claimed was a manager and filed my complaint with him over the phone. He said he was going to call me back and that “I will look into this for you and call you back since that’s not acceptable here as a new guest.” Let’s see if I do get...

Still a great off the beaten path kinda spot. I’ve seen reviews from little b*tches complaining about waiting 7 minutes for a bill, or that prices may have gone up…. News Flash! Prices on everything in this world have gone up and YOU are not the only patron in the world. Food here is always A+, Jodi, Raman, and the rest of the staff are always busting their butts to serve their customers as best they can and they almost always do it with grace and a smile, regardless how insanely busy or quiet the place may be at the time. Bar is always clean, which is more than can be said for most major bars, never mind a quiet little corner such as this.
